Our 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home sleeps 12 and is the perfect spot for families seeking spacious accommodations that are both close to the beach and all that Rehoboth Avenue and Dewey Beach has to offer. You really can't beat the location!

We're situated on a quiet residential street in south Rehoboth, just 2½ blocks to the ocean and a 15-minute walk to both downtown Rehoboth and Dewey. We're a few hundred feet from Silver Lake and close to the start of the bike trails that run through the area.

The house has a gorgeous private pool and spa. The pool is surrounded by large patio with plenty of chairs, as well as a propane grill. You can also enjoy a coffee or a nightcap in the stunning three-season porch that overlooks the pool.

While the area has incredible restaurants, we do offer a fully functional kitchen if you decide to dine in, featuring an oven, a brand new five-burner gas cooktop, and two dishwashers. There is seating for 12 between the dining room and the kitchen island bar.

The first floor also has a large family room with Xfinity TV. In addition, there is a private office and internet in case you do need to sneak away for a work call. Finally, the first floor has a half-bath inside the home, as well as a full bath and shower outside by the pool.

The second level offers the master suite and two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own in-suite bath, while the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway. Two of the three bedrooms on this floor have king beds, while the third bedroom has a queen.

On the top floor, there are two more large bedrooms and another full bath. One bedroom contains a queen bed, while the other has three twin beds plus a pull-out trundle - a perfect set-up for the kids to all be in one place.

There is a washing machine and dryer available for your use in the unfinished basement.

The driveway can comfortably hold 3 cars, with room for another car on street if spots are available (no parking permit required). Once parked, feel free to use public transportation to get around – in fact, the Jolly Trolley stops just down the street.

A few important details:

1. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, we have a one week minimum rental, with all rentals starting and ending on Sundays (which helps avoid traffic both coming to and leaving Rehoboth Beach).

2. The rental fee does not include sheets or towels. We can provide you with the names of linen services that will drop off towels and sheets right to our home, and collect them at the end of your stay. You will be charged directly by the linen company you select.

3. For everyone's safety, we have a 24x7 surveillance camera for the pool and porch area. We have motion sensor cameras at the front door and in the driveway. We have no surveillance cameras inside the main living area of the home.
