- Welcome to Country Club Estates. This home features 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. This property features a primary queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a king bedroom with tv, and a daybed bedroom. You will also find a small dining area, a large open kicthen area with bar seating, a large living room with a large screen tv and a stack washer/dryer on the first floor. Walk down the steps to the basement where you will find three additional bedrooms. Bedroom one is a king, Bedroom two is a king and Bedroom three has two twin beds. You will also find another large living area with a large screen tv, a small bar area, small children's area and a full bathroom. A large fenced in backyard with outdoor seating and BBQ Grill is available for you to enjoy. Weather your having evening coctails or making a family dinner the backyard is a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day at the beach. This property is walkable to just about everything in Rehoboht Beach. Just a short walk around the corner and you can get your morning coffee at Rise Coffee, Your breakfast form EGG and your lunch or dinner from the world famous DogFish Head restaurant. The beach is a short 15-20 minute walk from the property. If you like to shop, Rehoboth has plenty of cute boutiques, you will find something you can't resist! Not to mention the culinary experience's in Rehoboth are top notch. From Pizza to Sushi and everything in between you are sure to find a great bite to eat in town. If you're looking to get away, this could be the perfect property for you to create memories to last forever.
