COMPLETAMENTE RISTRUTTURATO DA ARCHITETTO / PROPRIETARIO! Questo 3 camere da letto, 2-1 / 2 bagno, 3 piani residenza di città 8 posti letto, con due master suite - perfetto per una famiglia o fino a 3 coppie: 1 letto king size, 1 letto queen size, 1 matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli (letto a castello) . E 'ben arredato, colorato e luminoso, con un bel mazzo per mangiare all'aperto. La casa è completamente attrezzata con un grill a gas, cucina completamente accessoriata e lavatrice / asciugatrice full-size. Tutte le comodità che si possono desiderare: grande frigorifero con ice maker, Wi-Fi, aria condizionata centralizzata, microonde, 3 TV con cavo HD, lettore DVD, stereo, ecc. Girls Weekend - great stay!

Our group of 3 had a great stay! The property is very cute, and very well maintained. It is in a great location. The owner communicated very well, and was very responsive. Would highly recommend!

This is a fantastic townhome in a great location with a lot to offer. The hosts also provide guests with a Rehoboth Beach parking pass, which was much appreciated!

July 2024 beach vacation

The condo was perfect for our 10 day stay; we were close to the beach and property was fabulous. I would return often to the same exact property. The kitchen was wonderful, fully equipped with enough glass and dishware that we never ran out. The kitchen appliances were the most modern; can you imagine having a KitchenAid dishwasher? The living room was perfect with 2 great couches as well as a very nice outside deck also with large table and chairs. The bedrooms were spacious, luxurious and soo comfortable. We could have not gotten a better place for our family reunion and we will never forget our stay.

5 day/4night stay

Enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and well maintained. Close proximity to the beach/boardwalk and restaurants. Only a 6-8 minute car ride to the Rehoboth boardwalk/beach. Check in/Check out process was smooth.

Great house, convenient location

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Steve's place at Eagle's Landing. The location is very convenient to a variety of activities (water park, shopping, mini golf!) as well as restaurants and beach. You do need a car to access everything though. Having a beach pass was awesome- we really loved Deuville Beach. The rooms were all nice and comfortable- only complaint was the master shower which had pretty weak water pressure, but was fine overall. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates and pots and pans. Our only recommendation would be to add a blender! We brought our own condiments and food which was good because there was nothing in the fridge or freezer. There were some spices in the house which was nice. Steve was great at responding to all of our questions immediately and providing lots of great info. The house was awesome and we would definitely come back and stay there again. Thank you!

Great stay in wonderful place

The townhouse was exactly as advertised and photographed. The instructions from the owner were helpful and comprehensive. It was easy to spread out in the house and on the back porch. We were able to be together when we wanted and apart when we wanted. The house was super clean and everything worked and was easy to use and enjoy. A super, pleasant experience.

Girls Reunion in Rehoboth

Visiting for a long weekend. Great condo. Beautifully appointed, spacious, quiet and comfortable. The request to wash the linens was a bit problematic as we didn’t have enough time to launder three sets of sheets and towels . Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

Better than expected

Beautiful, fully equipped large townhome close to everything made for the perfect vacation. Pools were in close walking distance and very clean. Downtown Rehoboth has endless places to eat and places to shop. Lots of fun things to do in a short driving distance such as state parks, water parks, Go Karts, etc. Would definitely love to stay here again! Thank you!!

Awesome family vacation!

My family and I stayed at this townhome for 2 weeks in July. We had a fantastic time! It was me, my husband, our 3 children (ages 9, 5 & 2) and we had plenty of room. Grandparents visited for a few days and we still had a very nice amount of space. The property actually seemed bigger to me in person than in pictures. This rarely happens! We really enjoyed the complex pools, it was nice that there were more than 1, I think they felt less crowded because of this. Nice distance to the beach, not far. Townhome comes with a Resident Parking Pass which was very, very helpful, saved us money with meters, also allowed us to go to less crowded areas of the beach. I really enjoyed the deck and grill, it was a very nice size, fit 4 adults and 3 children just fine. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with supplies which was nice, we cooked quite a bit since we stayed for 2 weeks. Big Fish Grill is close enough to walk to and it was delicious and customer service there was fantastic, nice plus being so close to it. Townhome had everything we needed. The top floor is much warmer than other floors but there are fans and an AC, so once these are turned on, the temperature is fine and comfortable, Kids loved the bunk beds. We had a memorable family vacation, kids loved everything and did not want to leave. We would love to return!

Very comfortable and well stocked townhouse. Top floor does not have bathroom so you need flexibility. Otherwise very comfortable for the 4 generations (8 of us) that stayed for the week.

Nicer than just home away from home!

This is our 8th year staying here; we consistently come back to this house over any others. The house is clean and well-kept and loaded with amenities that many others are not. We love the pool, having access to laundry, supplied linens and a kitchen with appliances. The owners are kind and friendly, easy to reach and very responsive. I love that my kids have grown up having their summers here, and always refer to “the Rehoboth house.” Thanks again!!

Lovely beach getaway

We came with our 3 small boys (ages 3 and under) just after the summer season ended and had an amazing trip. The house had everything we needed, including a high chair and a gate, and was very child friendly. The community pool was a short walk and was a great activity since the waves on the beach were a little too big for our small guys. The house itself is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking in the house. We loved staying here and want to come back next summer.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The pool was a added treat that is a easy walk. They did have tennis courts but we didn't use them and I wasn't sure if access to them came with the rental unit. The bbq was brand new and we had plenty of supplies. We never had a problem with going to the beach we just parked on the street and walked. The pass actually allows you to park further down from all the action and less crowded part of the beach. You can walk to many locations and if you have a bike that's even better. The big fish grill is a short walk and has a good happy hour! Would love to return again!!
