The large front screened porch is perfect for gatherings and dining in the open fresh air. There is even a screened porch in the back off the kitchen.

There are tennis courts at the end of the street and a tot lot nearby.

Parking for two cards in the driveway and street parking permits for two additional cars. Wi-Fi and full cable TV. Outdoor shower.

A home that is clean and in working condition but lacking modern luxury amenties like granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and appointments. BUT, reasonably priced. You can not beat the location. Sit on the porch and catch an evening breeze.
