  • Questo è un condominio / residenza spazioso, bello, impeccabilmente mantenuto situato appena fuori Rehoboth Avenue. Siamo i proprietari originali di questa casa, acquistata nel 2009. NUOVI mobili da soggiorno, frigorifero aggiornato e nuova moquette da parete a parete agli ultimi due piani per il 2018-2019! Estremamente ben mantenuto !!

    La casa si trova a soli otto isolati dalla spiaggia - una rilassante passeggiata di 15-20 minuti a piedi o in bicicletta per tutti i negozi e ristoranti del centro di Rehoboth e l'acclamato Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. Il complesso condominiale, Edgewater Park, si affaccia sul canale Rehoboth-Lewes. In 5 minuti di auto raggiungerete negozi di alta qualità. (Il Delaware non ha tasse sulle vendite.) La nuova pista ciclabile Rehoboth-Lewes di quattro miglia si trova nelle vicinanze.

    Il complesso condominiale recintato ha una piscina situata in posizione centrale. C'è un grande parco giochi / parco all'interno di un blocco e visibile attraverso il canale dai 3 balconi della casa. C'è anche un parco acquatico a 5 minuti di auto.

    La casa è di quattro piani, 3200 piedi quadrati, perfetta per un accogliente incontro di famiglie e amici, ma abbastanza grande da avere anche un po 'di privacy. Ogni piano ha un balcone o patio con vista sul canale.

    Il master al quarto piano è di circa 800 piedi quadrati con un letto king size e una zona salotto con un divano letto queen size, un televisore HD da 37 "e un romantico camino. Questa camera dispone di un balcone privato con vista sull'oceano sulle cime degli alberi. Il bagno di lusso ha una vasca idromassaggio e una doccia separata standard.

    Al terzo piano ci sono tre camere da letto e due bagni. 1) Il secondo master ha un letto matrimoniale, TV, bagno privato e balcone privato. 2) la nostra camera "Surfer" ha un letto matrimoniale e TV e 3) la stanza "Kids" è allestita con due set di cuccette singole. Le camere 2 e 3 condividono un bagno completo.

    Al livello di entrata / primo piano, abbiamo una terza camera da letto principale / quinta con bagno privato, un letto matrimoniale, TV e una porta scorrevole sul patio.

    La zona giorno e la cucina sono al secondo piano. Questo livello principale è a pianta aperta con una cucina ben attrezzata, un grande divano componibile e una TV da 46 "montata sopra il camino. C'è un balcone fuori dal soggiorno con una griglia (NUOVO Weber per il 2019!) e posti a sedere nel patio.

    Sempre a livello di entrata, il garage è stato allestito come sala ricreativa per bambini e adulti. È dotato di biliardino a grandezza naturale e tavoli da air hockey per i giorni di pioggia o la sera tardi. A questo livello c'è anche una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size.

    Offriamo accesso a Internet, TV in 4 delle 5 camere da letto (nessuna nella camera con letto a castello) con servizio di cavo full HD e libri, film, giochi e giocattoli per i bambini.

    Siete pregati di notare che per tutti i letti sono disponibili cuscini e trapunte, ma dovrete portare la vostra biancheria (asciugamani e lenzuola).

    I noleggi estivi sono da sabato a sabato, check-in alle 3 p. m. e check-out alle 12:00 / mezzogiorno.

    Siamo spiacenti, non sono ammessi animali, non fumare.

    L'unità è eccezionalmente pulita e ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario per una vacanza al mare all'insegna del divertimento e del relax.

Darren’s place was the perfect spot for our two families. Once we figured out the easier path to get to the beach, we were smooth sailing! The house was quiet and gave us plenty of room to hang out together and to give everyone a quiet individual retreat as well. Thanks for letting us stay at your home!

The house was beautiful. Fit 4 couple with space to spare. Was nice to have a nice little back yard for a few games. Kitchen very large and was able to fit all of us with room to spare. I would stay there again. We were close to everything. Drove to Lewis for the crooked hammock which was recommended. Very fun place. Hope we can do this house again next year.

Darren was incredibly quick to respond to a small glitch when we arrived. It was resolved within minutes. He was very friendly, accommodating and helpful.Home was well furnished, comfortable furniture, plenty of pots pans & utensils in the kitchen. The bathrooms were well maintained and clean.My family, friends and I enjoyed our stay in Rehoboth Beach and specifically in this home.

Amazing time ! Darren was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for a family and had everything we needed. The location to the community pool was perfect for us with small kids. We also loved the nearby playground and the beach that was recommended in listing.

Great property!

House was clean and great for multiple families staying together. Everyone had their own space and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Loved being in walking distance of all the shops and restaurants too! Would definitely stay again!

Great place to say in Rehobeth

Absolutely great place to stay in Rehobeth. Right off Rehobeth Ave and close to everything. Place is very spacious, clean and updated appliances. Would highly recommend it for any larger group going to Rehobeth. We had 10 comfortably stay there and all loved it (4 teens along with both sets of grandparents).

Darren could not have been nicer or more responsive. All of our guests raved about the home. The house was just as described and even nicer than the online pictures. The location is wonderful. I absolutely recommend this home!!

Amazing Rehoboth Townhome

We had an amazing stay at Darren’s property! The townhouse is huge with plenty of space for 3 families (6 adults and 4 young children). The house was clean and exactly as described in the listing . It was an easy walk to everything in Rehoboth. On future trips to Rehoboth, I will definitely be checking Darren’s availability!

Family time

This place was wonderful for our family vacation. With three generations staying together, it provided the space for all of us to have privacy if we so wanted it. The owner was a delight to deal with. He answered any concerns promptly. It was within walking distance to some shops/restaurants. The Boardwalk was a solid 15/20 min walk but doable. The pool was conveniently located. The parking pass helped us. All in all, one of the nicest places we have stayed in.

Family friendly home

We have been going to Rehoboth for years and stayed in many homes, and this one was great for my family of little boys, plus grandparents. There were toys and games to play with, and we were a 3 minute walk away from a great playground with a coffee shop nearby. Easy drive to the beach, and you could also walk if you had time. Darren was also very easy to contact when we had questions and was really helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Rehoboth Beach

My family and I have been going to Rehoboth Beach for around 12 years. Edgewater is ideal for our large family. The spacious townhouse is what we needed for 13 people. This was a great house. Had extra beach chairs, kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. Location is great. A mile walk to the boardwalk. Only thing I can recommend is hooks in the bathrooms for towels. Great home!

Great large home with a freat location

This house comfortably fit 4 couples and 2 young children with room to spare. We each had our own spot to hide away or to congregate together. The kitchen was well equiped, the pool was a huge hit with the kids, it was a quick drive to the beach (you could walk it, but with the kids and the gear we packed we opted to drive) and we hit 2 local bike trails right from the property every day. We will definitely be looking at this house for our vacation in 2024.

Great for a large family!

This a great townhome in a nice well kept community. At the owners recommendation, we used Deauville Beach for our beach days. We had littles traveling with us so we drove there but could walk or bike there. This beach is not near as crowded and a very nice one! Playground just across the canal which our grandkids enjoyed. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely consider this property again for our large family.

Our three sons and their families (all now living in California) joined my husband and me (now living in Florida) for a week of memories. We spent summers in Rehoboth for many years and still have extended families in Delaware. It was a great week of reminiscing and enjoying time: bikerides, beach, boardwalk games(and food -- Grotto, Casapula, Louies, Nicola, Dogfish, etc!) together. Condo met our needs perfectly. Good location but needs a thorough cleaning and some updates

This property is ok but needs a thorough cleaning and could use some updates. It was missing little features like hooks on the back of the doors and no mirrors in the bedrooms. A second refrigerator in the garage would also make a big difference. The coffee table was extremely wobbly and there was not enough comfortable furniture in the main gathering area. The owner/manager was very responsive though and the location is good.

Beautiful!

Darren’s house was exactly as described! The location is perfect! We could walk to the beach,restaurants and shopping! It is such a nice quiet community. The house had enough room for the 10 of us to be together or alone. We had everything we needed and more! 5 stars all around for the host and the property! Everyone wants to go back next year!!

Great Multi-Gen Family Home

Our multi-gen family of 5 adults and 4 kids (aged 5 and under) just spent a great week at this large townhome. The 4 separate levels, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms provided ample space/privacy for each of our 3 families. A word of caution: with 4 distinct levels, the home has lots of steps. Baby gates were provided along with many other necessities for small children. Everything we needed, and more, was provided in the house with the exception of towels and bed linens. The house is about a mile from the beach so we found it necessary to drive with the small children and all the “beach accessories”. We were, however, able to walk to a number of the highly recommended restaurants. Two favorites within walking distance: Cultured Pearl and Dogfish Head. Also great breakfast/brunch/coffee spots across the road. We loved the community pool just steps from the door and used the blow-up tubes and noodles provided in the house. The owner was super responsive. He answered texts immediately and was always very helpful. We would definitely recommend this townhouse!
