Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo that is convenient to everything. Located on Route 1 with easy access to the beach, restaurants, outlets, and activities. This first-floor condo offers easy access to community pool.

Comfortably sleeps 4 with king main, queen bed secondary. Main bedroom has an on-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, dresser, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. Second bedroom with ceiling fan, TV, large closet and dresser.

Kitchen provides all the comforts of home and includes a Mr. Coffee, coffee maker. Separate dining area comfortably seats 6 while breakfast bar seats another 3 people. The screened-in porch offers additional seating for dining outside.

Optional Linen and towel rental:
Pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the condo. However, bed sheets, pillowcases, bath and beach towels are NOT included but can be obtained from the following rental locations:

We enjoyed our stay. It is a perfect location for getting to all of our favorite restaurants. Outlets are across the street. It is winter time so we didn't use the pool this time.

The place is great. Ive had an exceptional time here. Everything was as described. Mr and Mrs Klett were excellent at communicating information to me to make sure the check in process went smoothly. The Tanger oulets are right there, with some restaurants walking distance away. Overall great stay.

Loved the condo! First floor was perfect for my elderly mother. Condo was clean and had every amenity we needed. The screened porch offers a great spot to sit after a day at the beach. This condo is in a nice spot, close to Lewes Beach and Rehoboth. Lots of great food options near by. Easy check in process and the host communicated all we needed to know and answered all questions we had.

Wonderful place to stay

Our family enjoyed a 5 night stay. It was perfect for us. Great location to restaurants, beach, and other activities. The condo was clean and pool was so nice. We would walk out the back door and be 20 steps from the pool. Fantastic place to stay. We are a lacrosse family and this condo was 30 min from DE turfplex, which was perfect for the multi day tournament we were in DE for.

Great location, wonderful surroundings, great and helpful Manager at property location.

surroundings, great and helpful Manager at property location. Owners are a wealth of info about area. TAKE the DART bus!!! To beach and shopping! tip- tell driver you need to get off at a crosswalk. Highway 1 is very busy and dangerous to cross without one.

Great unit!

We loved it so much we are renting another unit in July (this one was already booked) We were in for a travel baseball tournament and we had friends staying in the community and we could watch them run over to the other unit so it was the perfect size community for us and we felt safe to let the kids visit with friends. One issue we did have which was no big deal was the upstairs neighbors walked so heavy it seemed like they were pacing all night and then about midnight something bounced on the floor above 9 times. It rattled the metal painting in the living room or the recessed lights I’m not sure. Thank you for sharing your home with us, it was perfect for our needs.
