An outdoor pool, clay tennis and pickleball courts are all located just steps from the home. Pet friendly with many families and dogs always walking! Wonderful restaurant in resort.

First floor includes -

*King master suite with full bath, large screen TV and large walk in closet
*Bonus room with queen size pull out couch, soft and large screen TV.
*Large open family room with plenty of seating and large screen TV.
*Kitchen and eating area share open space with family room. Kitchen has
granite counters with eating area and stainless appliances.
*Screen in outdoor patio with eating area
*Deck with lounge chairs and gas grill

Second floor includes -

*2nd King master suite with full bath and TV
*3rd bedroom with 2 queen size beds, TV and large walk in closet. This bedroom shares a "Jack and Jill" bathroom with bedroom with the 4th bedroom. However both sides of the bathroom have their own vanity.
*4th bedroom has 4 twin side bunk beds.

Each floor has it's own thermostat and each bedroom has a ceiling fan (except twin room)

The town limits the amount of vehicles to (4) for this home. There is parking in the driveway as well as plenty of free parking on the street and a large parking lot.

The town limits the occupancy of this home to 10 persons over the age of 6. Children under 6 are not counted toward this number.

Linens - Linens and towels are not included. You have a few options -
* - Bring your own with you
* - There are multiple local companies that offer linens and towels based on the number of people you have and can offer delivery as well
* - I have worked out a discounted price with a linen company that would include bedding for all 9 beds and towels for an additional charge of $250

Amenities - Bear Trap charges an additional charge to use the amenities of the neighborhood. This includes the indoor and outdoor facilities as well as the beach shuttle. You must pay this direct to Bear Trap online prior to your stay. You would only pay for those that will use the services. The fee varies, and at the time of this posting is $65 in season and $45 off season.
There is a maximum of 10 passes allowed per household. Children under 4 are no charge and NOT included in 10 pass limit.

Landlord is not responsible for hours and or availability of amenities.

Prohibited Vehicles: Campers, boats, trailers or other oversized vehicles are not permitted.
