Nuova casa 5BR (Grand Slam House II), vicino alla spiaggia e pista ciclabile

Benvenuti al "Grand Slam Haus II Rehoboth" nella comunità di Canal Pointe, a est della Route 1 ea breve distanza a piedi / in bicicletta dal centro di Rehoboth o dalle spiagge.
La casa dispone di 5 camere da letto su tre livelli e un totale di quattro bagni completi. La lussuosa cucina è aperta sulla Great Room di fronte a un bar per la colazione e ruota attorno al camino con TV a schermo piatto. La suite del proprietario si trova al primo piano e presenta un'enorme cabina armadio e una vasca da bagno in stile spa, con vasca e doccia separate. Altre due camere da letto si trovano al primo piano. Al piano superiore e nel seminterrato si trovano due ampie camere da letto con il proprio bagno completo.

Sia i bambini che gli adulti apprezzeranno l'ampia sala ricreativa con giochi da tavolo (ping-pong e tavolo da biliardo / air hockey trasformabile) e un'area salotto con TV a schermo piatto e XBOX. Un portico schermato è una zona perfetta per rilassarsi.


La casa si trova nella lussuosa comunità The Grande at Canal Pointe. Clubhouse, centro fitness, piscine, sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi e aumentano solo questa fantastica comunità sulla spiaggia. L'UNICA nuova comunità ad est della Route 1 a Rehoboth ...

Circondata da zone umide protette, il Cape Henlopen State Park e il canale Lewes e Rehoboth, la bellezza naturale esiste di gran lunga il luogo più straordinario della comunità. Accedi alle piste ciclabili di giunzione e frangiflutti (che collegano Rehoboth e Lewes) attraverso l'ingresso della comunità e apprezza l'habitat mozzafiato del Delaware Seashore. I planned our stay to allow for an extended family gathering. The home has lots of space, plenty of room for everyone to eat together, and spaces for smaller groups to spend time together. The home is close to downtown and the boardwalk. We rented bicycles and enjoyed being able to bike ride to the beach. Many in our group enjoyed the pools in the neighborhood, which was very pretty with lots of flowering trees and bushes. We did have a problem with the kitchen sink backing up, and when a plumber could not be found to address the issue, the owner came himself and took care of it, which was very appreciated. He had the opportunity to interact with members of our family and everyone had a different story to share that they had learned about the history of the house! One of the reasons we chose this house was the accessibility for my parents, who can no longer negotiate stairs. There are only a couple of well-spaced steps to enter the house and did not prov difficult for them. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house was ideal for our family vacation/ 6 grandchildren ages ten and under. Plenty of room and the downstairs was great for the children to play. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and hopefully will be staying here again.

Can’t wait to come back

We just wrapped up an amazing stay at this beach house, and we couldn’t be more thankful. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home—comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for our family. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week together.Even though it wasn’t directly on the beach, the location was perfect—just a short drive to the sand, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when we wanted it. We loved coming back after long beach days to unwind on the porch, cook dinner together, and play games as a family.This home gave us the perfect mix of fun and relaxation, and we made so many special memories here. We’re leaving refreshed, grateful, and already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us

Family vacation stay

We had a great week while staying at this house. It’s a very short drive to the beach and boardwalk. The house is a great size for multiple families to stay at and the accessibility of a pool was awesome. The owner was great and when we had to call about something he took care of it right away. We would highly recommended staying here and would definitely book here again.

Great House!

It was a very comfortable stay for 7 adults and 3 kids! The house was big, clean, and everything was in good working order. We enjoyed how nice and quiet the neighborhood was for morning walks, and only about 5 minutes drive to get to a wide range of restaurants and the beach! Dirk was very responsive from the start to the end of our stay! Highly recommend for a great vacation in Rehoboth!

MDW Trip

Family Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely lovely and was stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The home is close to grocery stores, outlets and the beach so the location was top notch. Also The owner was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him (which was only once because he managed to think of every detail). The whole family can’t wait to come back!!

Great house and location

The location was amazing! A 5 min drive to the beach and close to everything. The house was great at well. The pillows throughout the house and couch in the master bedroom could use an updating but other than that it was a great house!

The house was in a great location right off of Coastal Highway and about 10 minutes to Rehoboth Beach. It is a large house with plenty of room and beds. It could use some upgrades and a deep cleaning.

The location of this home was perfect, a short walk to both community pools. The beach, water park, Funland, and great restaurants were a short drive away. The house was clean and inviting. Looking forward to another great vacation in Rehoboth!

Loved our time at the grand slam house!

We really enjoyed our time at the house! It was located in a great area with easy access to the beach via a short drive. We had three separate families, 2 grandparents, and about 7 kids in our group. The house was clean and had plenty of space for everyone! We will definitely be back!

The Glade

This was the second year we stayed at the glade. First, this place is beautiful. The front is nice but once you enter this house everyone just went WOW!!! Second, Dirk is a great person. He help us with any problem we had and got back to us very quickly. Finally, if anyone is looking for a beautiful house, super owner, and a place to just relax this is the place. We loved it!!!

Great house

We had another great vacation at this home. It’s a beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone in our family. Having the basement is great for the kids to play or watch movies while the adults cook dinner or play games. Highly recommend!

Great Property!!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to see just how large and open this property is!! We hosted our Thanksgiving dinner and we had plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this property to friends!!
