Benvenuti al Luna Dock! La vostra vacanza in famiglia da sogno sta per diventare realtà! Noleggio Brand New Ocean Front Home for 2016 Season! Dormire al suono dell'Oceano Atlantico !! Questa casa si trova in un angolo di Surf Avenue e Pennsylvania Ave, a pochi passi dal lato nord del lungomare e spiaggia, e solo 5 blocchi a Rehoboth Avenue Questa casa ha conservato parte della casa originale vecchia 116 anni. Super facile passeggiata per ristoranti gourmet a cinque stelle, meravigliosi TAX FREE boutique, divertimento Terreno in grandi corse, e il nostro famoso Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk !!! Questo nuovissimo casa è perfetta per una vacanza in una delle migliori spiagge d'America. Pet (un cane) saranno prese in considerazione si prega di chiamare l'ufficio per ulteriori dettagli.
Offrendo più grande proiettati in portici (fronte oceano) e le piattaforme (fronte mare) un ottimo modo per iniziare la giornata con caffè del mattino o tè, godere di una grande colazione in famiglia al di fuori ascoltando le onde si infrangono, o una cena davanti stupefacente oceano!
Ci sono 4BR, 2. 5BA, dormendo 12 persone, tutti i vari ponti che offrono viste sull'oceano, bella pietra sapone isola e ripiani in cucina, pavimenti in pino in tutto, di fronte all'oceano vasca da bagno del bagno padronale e pavimenti in pino cuore nella master suite. La parte anteriore della casa si affaccia sull'oceano w / vista mare da ogni camera, un ampio salotto w / Bar Harbor altalena per i sonnellini fronte oceano e romanzi. Hai sarà anche fornito un sacco di parcheggio privato 4-5 auto e due passaggi della città. cucina completamente attrezzata, arredamento bellissimo, libero Wi-Fi, griglia del propano, camino a gas a schermo piatto, TV, ed enormi porte francesi nel soggiorno principale. Letto configuration- Re nella master suite, BR # 2 letti Queen, BR # 3 due letti singoli, BR # 4 letti a castello w / full divano e Den w / queen size.
Se il tempo non collabora, gustare i nostri punti vendita TAX FREE Tanger solo una breve distanza in auto. Facile passeggiata in bicicletta per sentieri mozzafiato bike sono stati appena aperto alle zone umide solo per il nostro nord in Gordon Pond State Park. In bicicletta per le scogliere del centro storico di Cape Henlopen - salita nelle torri della Seconda Guerra Mondiale a Henning Point, esplorare le armi che ci ha tenuti al sicuro nella seconda guerra mondiale e la crociera in Lewes in bicicletta. Not All I Had Hoped For

The location of the house is magnificent! However, the house itself is poorly furnished, uncomfortable and cramped with mostly rickety and worn furniture that wasn't comfortable. Perhaps the photos should not have been taken with a wide-angle lens so I could have gotten a better idea of the actual spaces. First floor bedrooms were small and crammed full of furniture. Parts of the house were dirty, the owner asks for too much to be done at checkout. When I reviewed the breakdown of fees, I thought they were excessive. Separate high cleaning fee and I had to make the beds before I left. Be aware that there is a high fee to use a credit card for the deposit. Check-in is not until after 4 pm, with firm instructions not to show up any earlier, and if the cleaning crew is running late you may not be able to check in until 6 pm. However, do not check out one minute past 10 am.

Wonderful

Moondock is probably the best waterfront vacation rental in Rehoboth. Perfect view of the beach and waves. Right at the north end of the Boardwalk. An easy walk to the restaurants in town.

Exceptional property

We had a wonderful stay in Rehoboth. This home was just as gorgeous and perfectly located as the listing indicated. We spent more time outside on the decks than we did inside. The kitchen was well stocked with more than the basics needed for a group of avid home cooks. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

The location of the property is awesome! And the views from the screened in porch can’t be beat. The rooms are definitely smaller in real life than what you see in the pictures. As others mentioned, there is a strong cat urine smell in the downstairs hall. The owners should consider replacing the flooring.

The house was nice, and a perfect location in Rehoboth. Beautiful views, close enough to the boardwalk and far enough from the crowded sections. We were able to walk to all restaurants and bars. Loved riding our bikes on the beautiful trails up to Lewes. The best part of the house was the screened in porch where we spent a lot of our time as a group. We all felt the house needed a more thorough cleaning. I found myself washing down walls and door frames when I arrived. There is also a lingering odor on the first floor at the bottom of the staircase, despite mopping and "frebreezing" multiple times. It is listed as sleeping 12 people and that is very generous. The bunk bed room is very tight and the pull out couch on the 2nd floor should not have been converted as another sleeping area because it takes away from the family room, which was small. All in all the house served its purpose and we all had a memorable vacation

Unplugging with family and friends

House was great! Perfect location just north of the boardwalk. My favorite thing was the porches! Nothing like a beautiful sunrise with a cup of coffee and a book to start the day. Having the screened porches was perfect, especially in the evenings. Our family had a wonderful time and we hope to return again next year!

Another Perfect Stat at the Moondock

The Moondock is perfect located right at the quieter north end of the beach with a great deck overlooking the wave. A short walk to all the restaurants and stores in town. Lovely house. Another wonderful stay at the beach.

Gorgeous location, layout and furnishings.

There's a pollen tree in full bloom in the front yard that landed pollen on all the porch floors and furniture and digital screens every 20 minutes. You might want to warn your April guests about this. Paper goods were either not present or hard to find. The literature says the house is stocked. We found paper towels the first day and toilet paper the last day. No napkins or tissues. But the layout and furnishings and location of the house couldn't be better. I hope to bring my family again. Thank you.

The dream is real

The home itself is lovely—especially the master suite; but add to the interior space the AMAZING DECK SPACES, the PROXIMITY to both the beach and downtown Rehoboth, and the MAGNIFICENT VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS, and this rental far exceeded our expectations. This is the perfect combination of comfort and luxury.

Great Location! - Tough check-in

Location was great, could not ask for a better spot. The house was clean and well decorated with plenty of space, the views are fantastic day and night. Great access to beach, boardwalk and shopping. We didn't receive check-in instructions and it doesn't note in the description that there are no sheets so we showed up late and it took over an hour to get into the house, then realized we had no bedding and had to run out. That may have been in the contracts we signed but I think the communication could be smoothed out.

Location! Beautiful Property ! That Porch!

Our family had such a wonderful vacation together at Moondock 1! We couldn’t stop raving about the views, the one block walk to the Boardwalk and the family gathering space, the screen porch. This is a must rent for your vacation at Rehoboth Beach. Also, we enjoyed our bike ride adventure to Henlopen State Park exploring nature and history . The only area that we see as a need for improvement are the beds in the twin bedroom . Maybe an upgrade would be great if this is an option . The owners have done a beautiful job renovating this home where we made wonderful memories! Thank you !

Location and Beach Luxe

Fantastic location and accommodations. In town for a family wedding and it was a perfect location - steps to the beach, short distance to the venue and easy walking distance to the boardwalk. House is very well appointed and has everything you need for a great vacation!

Issues, but great service

Great location, beautiful house. Our issue: The previous guests left behind an undeniable "pet smell", but the ReMax team was extremely proactive in doing everything possible to mitigate the smell and make us comfortable. By the end of our stay the smell was almost unnoticeable.

Great Stay

The house is exactly as appeared in the photos. We had a lovely stay and the house has beautiful views of the ocean. House could use updates to include HD channels, but overall a very satisfying week at the beach! I highly recommend this house and will come back.
