  • La nostra bella casa nuova al Grand a Canal Point, ha tutti i comfort hai bisogno di una meravigliosa vacanza di lusso al mare. Da una bella cucina aperta con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio avete tutto il necessario per rilassarsi per un pasto meraviglioso sulla nostra terrazza chiusa con zona pranzo. Abbiamo una splendida sala grande con soffitti alti e camino a gas. La nostra bella salotto luminoso è fatto fino in grande decorazione beachy. Tutte le aree al piano nobile hanno piastrelle di ceramica, a parte le camere da letto che hanno pavimenti in legno. I ventilatori a soffitto attraverso la casa creano una casa ventilata. Wifi anche in casa. La casa è bello e lussuoso ma rilassato abbastanza per i bambini di godere pure.

    Piano principale; Master Suite con letto king size e ampio bagno con docce doppio e zona salotto su entrambi i lati della doccia. Ospite suite con letto matrimoniale e bagno completo con ingresso indipendente. Entrambe le camere hanno pavimenti in legno nuovo bellissimo.
    Secondo piano; Camera letto a castello con singolo sulla cima di un letto pieno, camera da letto matrimoniale con spazio aggiuntivo collegato con letto matrimoniale e tv. Al piano superiore della parete di moquette. C'è un bagno al piano superiore con vasca.

    Divertiti in spiaggia o nel nostro sviluppo; nuotare in una delle due piscine, giocare a tennis, basket o utilizzando il centro benessere. Andare a fare shopping negli outlet o fare una passeggiata in bicicletta lungo o breve corsa in città. Ci sono così tante attività da fare mentre a Rehoboth Beach, ma si può fare, a rilassarvi sulla nostra terrazza e godere di un altro giorno tranquillo in riva al Delaware.

Very nice house! It was perfect for our group. Spacious and located in a great area. The host was very responsive to messages any time we had a concern or question. If we come back to Rehoboth in the future, we'll look at staying here again!

We had a great stay at Julie’s house. She sent check in info by email and getting in was no issue. Cleaners happened to be still finishing up but it was not a big deal. The house is lovely and big and had all the space we needed for 4 adults and a child. Lots of basics provided plus beach chairs an umbrella, bikes and beach towels. The neighborhood is one we’ve always liked and love having two pools etc to choose from. Highly recommend for a stay at the beach!

Julie's home is beautiful and very clean, There was more than enough room for everyone. The house is not far from Rehoboth boardwalk and beach and the Tanger outlets are literally right down the street. Julie was immediately responsive to us when we outreached to her and resolved any issues or answered questions we had. One thing to keep in mind, if you have Walmart Plus and want to plan a grocery delivery to free up some time, the Rehoboth Walmart is not a Supercenter, but that has nothing to do with the house :) I will book again. Thanks for having us, Julie!

Great Big Family Vacation Home

Large home with plenty of space for a big family with children. Loved the covered outdoor space and even though it wasn’t on the beach, it was very close and nearby stores and restaurants. Would absolutely stay again :)

Great house in a great location

This was our first time staying at this house but we usually stay in the Grande at Canal Pointe neighborhood due to it’s proximity to pretty much everything. The house was huge and had plenty of room for our smallish party of 6. It had everything you would need for the week for a great vacation at the beach. We’d highly recommend the property for a family vacation

Great family vacation

We enjoyed the location, the screened-in porch, and the well-sized bedrooms. There’s do much provided in the garage for use at the beach if we had wanted it. Loved the pool and playground!

Beautiful home

Our first time at this house and it was perfect for us! Very clean and accommodating. I especially love an outdoor shower, which this house has! The screened in sunroom was perfect for morning coffee and reading and evening relaxing! We will definitely be back!

Great house!

This was our 2nd year staying at Julie's house. It's the perfect size for us and the perfect location! Julie is very easy to communicate and work with. We love the screened in porch. Everything we need for the beach and pool! The home is just perfect! We will be back again!

Our home away from home

We loved this rental !!! Our grandkids wished they could move here 😁 . Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Huge living area and kitchen. Walking distance to the pool a plus. And biking trails ! All in all, a wonderful experience for our family, thank you 😊

The house is located in the perfect area. We were super close to Rehoboth Ave, Cape Henlopen, and the two outlets where we usually shop. The house was spotless when we arrived. The beds were super comfortable. We didn't have any issues while staying here. The pool was in walking distance. If it weren't so hot, we probably would have taken the bikes out for a ride and enjoyed the screened porch. The owner is very accessible if you have any questions or issues.

Beautiful house

Overall, our experience was very good. We did have some issues with getting access to the pool and I’ll show. Also, one of the rooms upstairs was very very hot. The house was in driving distance to the boardwalk. The best beach we found was at Gordon’s point park.

As usual, our stay in Julie’s home was wonderful. I needed to get in touch with Julie one time regarding a minor issue and her response was immediate. She immediately resolved our small issue. This home and Canal Point area are so beautiful. Cap that with a wonderful owner, and you have yourself a fantastic vacation in this home. I highly recommend those that love to bike ride as the multiple trails are amazing.,This home comes equipped with multiple high-end bicycles.

Very spacious home for a family vacation

very spacious house for a family vacation, more than what we expected. Loved the Neighborhood. Nice room upstairs for the kids to have time to have down time to watch shows or movies. Only problem we had was when we went to use the grill it was really dirty my husband took about 45 min to clean it out really well for us to use it. He try to have it cleaner for the next group of people that were coming in after us. But we had a great time at this house for the week. We would really recommend this place for any family to spend the week.

Great place, great time

Very happy with our stay. The house was large and clean. The grill is old and you have to sort of guess the temp, but it worked great, and as a cook it was not a problem. Also I was very pleased that there were a couple really good chef knives, and other equipment for cooking. The double stove was fantastic as was the dishwasher and washer/dryer. Even though we didn’t use them, it was really nice to see the selection of bikes available in the garage as well as beach chairs which we did use. It was also nice being so close to the large pool. We were able to walk over there every afternoon after returning from the beach, the street was a little bit busy, but that’s not the owner fault And it certainly did not negatively affect our stay. We were extremely pleased with everything and we would absolutely rent here again thank you.
