Great South Rehoboth posizione! Appena ristrutturato con nuovi arredi, tutti i nuovi biancheria, e arredamento. Questo duplex si trova a soli 2. 5 isolati dalla nostra famosa Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk e solo 1 blocco a Rehoboth Avenue Basta parcheggiare e camminare ovunque! Le lenzuola sono in dotazione per i nostri ospiti (letti fatti), e noi siamo con animali ammessi (w / pagamento animali da compagnia).
AC centrale è dotata di unità finestra supplementari sul livello superiore per il vostro comfort. Wi-Fi gratuito, TV via cavo, cucina attrezzata per la vostra comodità, uno assegnato posti auto privati nella parte posteriore (senza grandi SUV / Furgoni), doccia esterna e schermato in veranda. Il portico riparato è una grande area per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia, caffè del mattino o cocktail serale (il portico è in parte condiviso con l'unità vicina).

Lovely location and quick walk to beach, boardwalk and restaurants! Comfy furniture and great A/C! While the property included all the amenities it didn’t have a dishwasher but that wasn’t a problem.Screened porch is wonderful. Chairs and wagon were a great use and excellent addition!Only negative was that the baseboards and windowsills were dirty. But for the price it’s a great find. Downstairs shower was ancient!We would definitely comeback if it was available.

The very best thing about 215 Philadelphia St., RB is its location. The best way to describe the physical aspects of the building is: it’s a dump. Everything needs a hard cleaning. And I do mean hard cleaning. Here’s the rub: on the front lawn is a sign stating that the building is to be demolished by the City of Rehobeth on 9/22/2025. ??????? At the very least, I should have been notified of this prior to my arrival.This lodging was such a disappointment.

The location is great. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to everything. The property itself was not great. My ten month old nephew’s knees and feet were black from crawling and standing on the living room rug. One of the outlets had live wires hanging out of it (we know they were live because the other one worked). The living furniture is old and worn out. The doors stick, understandable in an older home. However, the result was paint chips on the floor in first floor bedroom that needed to be cleaned up daily. Some of the bed quilts were stained. The carpeting on the upper floors needs to be cleaned or replaced, as it may have been the cause of the musty smell. The property could use some treatment for mosquitos because they all live right outside the front and back doors. Which means they came inside too. Because this is an older home, and more solidly built, we heard nothing from the people on the other side. I would not take my family here again. Just wasn’t for us.

The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and hard to get a good nights sleep. There was mold on the wall in guest room. Sofa and chair in living room need replacement.

Great experience!

The house has an interesting layout that suited our needs. Clean, quiet, and an excellent location (two blocks to the beach and three short blocks to the strip of restaurants!). There aren't many silly kitchen things (like no shot glasses) and no dishwasher, but those weren't issues for us. Will absolutely stay there again.

This place smelled of must/mold when you walked in. When you sat on the sofa you bottomed out, no support. The furniture was really old. The only positive was the location. We had to buy strong scented candles in order to stay inside. It really needs an update. Then, to top it off a sign was put in front of our house that they were tearing it down. Should have done it sooner, before they got my $

Great location. Nice property.

Quick weekend trip with family and friends. The location was great, close to everything. We walked everywhere. Although the house is definitely older, it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our interactions with the owner (it is managed by Remax) were good and they answered all our questions. We loved the front porch and were glad the weather was nice enough that we were able to use it. We also appreciated that we could bring our dog with us for the weekend. All-in-all a great stay. Fantastic value for the location. Would recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Dump or Sh!thole - You Be the Judge

I told my husband it was a dump. He convinced me it is a sh!thole. First we noticed two light fixtures were not working: the front porch light and the light in the back bedroom that you enter to go out the back door. A note says there are light bulbs in the unit, but we found none. One of the lamps in the primary bedroom has a broken on/off switch . The porch door is falling off its hinges. It desperately needs painting. There are so many dead bugs in one outdoor light fixture that almost no light gets through. The walls are damaged and the ceiling has moldy spots. The blue sofa sinks due to its broken seating supports. The dining room chairs are rusted metal. I found a dirty pan in the oven. First floor bathroom in moldy and leaks from the bottom. The broken washing machine in the unit overflowed. After waiting 2 days for a plumber (who never showed up) to come clean it up and fix it, we were told that the washer had been broken for a while; the owner wasn't going to fix it and knew it that it leaked. I was supposed to have been told not to use that washer. They blamed us for using it at all! They directed us to a filthy, cluttered garage washer that had a man’s wet laundry in it that was still there days later. After a rain, the driveway puddling was so bad I couldn't get into my car without wading through 3 inches of muddy water. The landscaping is either dead or overgrown. Other residents leave dog poop in the yard.

Neighborhood parking Sucks.

Only given one parking spot out back and one parking tab for the street for a 4 bedroom home; pots and pans were bent; beds very uncomfortable.

Beach

We had 5 guests, including 2 children. Was clean and was a good location to beach. Would have beeb really tight with any more guests. Was nice to have the additional parking pass for a second car.

Great location!

This place was the best location, completely walking distance to beach and all the beach bars, shops and eats. The inside was pretty good space-wise, but one queen room was a bit tight. We had 4 adults and 2 babies. Kitchen was fairly well stocked, just be sure to bring oven mits and sharper knives if needed (I was cutting a watermelon). The place could definitely use some paint and a deep floor clean but the furniture was updated and comfy so overall a good place for the price!
