Questa è una casa BAYFRONT molto ben tenuta nella famosa comunità di Toll Brothers Resort di Bayside a Bethany Lakes. La casa è decorata come una casa modello con pavimenti in legno e dispone di quattro TV (di cui 2 Smart TV e 2 TV LCD), 1 combo DVD / videoregistratore, due impianti stereo e un camino a gas! Inoltre, due balconi / ponti con una spettacolare vista sulla baia. La cucina è completamente fornita.

Disponiamo di comodi materassi con rivestimento trapuntato e lenzuola per i nostri ospiti.

La nostra unità è fronte mare con vista sul mare dal soggiorno e cucina, soppalco al piano superiore e la camera da letto con 2 letti singoli. Siamo a pochi passi dalla Clubhouse (circa 100 metri). Puoi vedere la piscina dal nostro mazzo.

Il soggiorno è al piano principale con una stanza di polvere. A mezzo livello c'è la nostra cucina e la nostra Master Suite. Al piano superiore ci sono altre 3 camere da letto e un bagno completo, nonché l'area soppalcata. La lavatrice e asciugatrice sono anche al piano di sopra. Ci sono 2 ponti - uno sul soggiorno e uno sul soppalco al piano superiore. Ci sono 2 sale da pranzo - un tavolo per 4 persone. cucina e un tavolo per 4 persone nel soggiorno che si trova a mezzo livello dalla cucina.

Il Bayside at Bethany Lakes Clubhouse offre servizi eccellenti (c'è un'enorme sala grande con un camino a gas, un'area bar per lo sport e una cucina di qualità commerciale che i proprietari e gli ospiti possono usare). C'è una piscina interna ed esterna, vasca idromassaggio, centro fitness, sauna, sala giochi con videogiochi, ping pong e biliardo, spogliatoi con doccia, grill a gas a bordo piscina all'aperto, doccia esterna e WiFi. C'è anche un varo kayak e un'area picnic proprio alla destra del nostro edificio. Ci sono anche campi da tennis e un parco giochi per bambini. Nessun noioso giorno di pioggia qui! La migliore club house a Bethany Beach! Molto bella comunità orientata alla famiglia. ** Clubhouse riscuote una tassa settimanale per gli ospiti di $ 30 a persona di età superiore ai 4 anni. Relaxing Family Getaway

The property was exactly as described. Plenty of chairs to borrow for the beach! The check-in was seamless. The pool area is a great place to chill after sitting on the beach. Beds were comfy and showers were amazing -- great water pressure!

Gorgeous bay views

First Annie was awesome to work with. Bayside at Bethany lakes is a wonderful family vacation. My favorite part of our week was early morning coffee on the deck over looking the bay tranquil bird sanctuary and just so peaceful. The beach was a short drive and the pool and gym a short walk. There was something for everyone .Ocean View is our new favorite area so much so we may retire there in a few years. Thanks for a great week Annie

Perfect Getaway!!

We had an incredible week! The condo was clean, a great size for our needs and the view off the deck was gorgeous!! Communication with the owner was easy-she was responsive and helpful. The Bayside community is amazing. The pools, hot tub, fitness center and sunset gazebo add another level to the experience! The condo is close to the beach, golf and lots of restaurants. Highly recommend this condo!!

Gorgeous bayfron condo

This was our second time staying in this lovely two floor condo where you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets over the bay. The condo has everything you need and enough room for two families to stay. You also enjoy access for a fee to a great club with pool and gym and you are 10 min drive from downtown Bethany and its beaches. We have already booked our next stay! The owner Annie is incredibly responsive and helpful.

We had an awesome stay at this property. The owner had great communication from the day we selected it right in through the day that we checked out. Great view

The house was beautiful however we were surprised that the walls and carpet were not very clean. Other than that it was great and there was plenty of space for everyone. The clubhouse and pool were awesome and very clean.

Beautiful location and wonderful stay!

We rented this property for our vacation the other week and could not have been happier. The property was clean when we arrived and the location is perfect. It’s close to the boardwalk and beach and the view of the bayside is fantastic. We enjoyed some amazing sunsets! The amenities are also great especially for little kids (ours are 6 and 3). We would spend mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool, which also has a wonderful view. The owners are great to work with and made everything very easy. Can’t say enough good things! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Bethany!

A quiet winter escape

Beautiful Property, Accommodating Owner!

My family and I stayed here for 6 days and enjoyed each one. Annie was extremely accommodating and attentive, and the house was everything we wanted and more. We will definitely be staying here again and will spread the word. We strongly recommend this property for a nice family vacation. As an added benefit you'll get front row seats to a beautiful sunset over the bay followed by a sky full of stars if it's a clear enough night!

Relaxing week in July. The house was immaculate and welcoming. We had 5 teenagers well satisfied.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week catching up with family. Being able to sit on the porch and look out on the water was most relaxing, even when it rained on Wednesday. A good time was had by all in our group.

Our family really enjoyed our time at the house!

Spefically, we enjoyed having a "vacation" base of operations. We took advantage of the pool and clubhouse, had a cookout on the clubhouse grill, enjoyed the sunsets (and kids enjoyed the wifi). The kitchen was great, allowing us to save some cash by cooking ourselves! Lots of space for a family and friends - and the location was very convenient! We had a great time and would recommend this property to other families vacationing in Bethany!

Great property to rent!

We enjoyed our stay even though the threats of Hurricane Hermine hung over us. The lay out of the rental is ideal and the location is perfect. The sun sets from this property are breath taking. Best of all are the owners. They were always quick to respond and very helpful. We have rented a number of properties and found this one to be one of the best!! We would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful experience with this condo. The condo development was very nice, well-kept. The owners were great to deal with. The info provided before and during our vacation was extremely helpful. The condo was nice, clean and looked just like the pictures. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of space due to the layout. Information in regards to the condo, restaurants and Bethany (in general) were placed in areas that were easily seen. The views from the decks were beautiful. I especially liked the deck rocking chairs :) The TV/cable was not as user friendly as we would have liked but we managed. It's not an owner issue but a cable provider issue. The clubhouse/pool that we had access to (with a fee) was really nice. We used the pool almost every day. In summary, we had such a great experience over all and plan to rent again next year, but for a longer time.
