Questo condominio luminoso e soleggiato si trova all'estremità nord più tranquilla del lungomare di Rehoboth. Può ospitare 4 persone: una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Gli ospiti possono utilizzare la piscina condominiale e c'è un parcheggio per un'auto. Il condominio ha anche via cavo / wifi.

L'edificio si trova proprio sul lungomare, quindi puoi semplicemente uscire e sulla spiaggia sabbiosa pattugliata dai bagnini di prim'ordine Rehoboth Beach o andare in piscina. Una delle migliori caratteristiche del condominio è il suo balcone con una splendida vista sull'oceano. Non c'è niente come svegliarti all'alba sull'Oceano Atlantico sul tuo balcone privato. Prepara una tazza di caffè, prendi il giornale del mattino e osserva la vita da spiaggia. Preparare la colazione nella cucina completamente attrezzata.

La posizione in città è un grande vantaggio! Dimentica la tua auto e cammina verso tutto: negozi, ristoranti, divertimenti. Da non perdere i concerti serali al Bandstand durante la stagione estiva.

Great Location in Rehoboth

So many pros about this space: location, parking, beach lockers, balcony, boardwalk, steps to the beach, clean, many restaurants near by, etc. The only cons are: lack of kitchenware (only a few glasses), fry pans are beat (Teflon coming off), and the furniture (couch/chair) are not comfortable. We would rent again because the pros outweigh the cons. Give this place a try - you won't regret it!

Lovely condo with magnificent view.

We enjoyed our stay The condo is clean and has what is needed to to be comfortable. The view is wonderful and the beach access could not be better. The owner provides accurate information and instructions that are easy to follow. Parking is easy, free and safe. Rehoboth is such a walkable town that we barely used our car at all. There is a bike rental place right below where we stayed.

Paradise by the sea!

This place was as advertised. Great view, location, and space. We had everything we needed for the week. Loved being able to sit on the balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We even got to watch the dolphins one morning frolicking about! Loved not having to drive anywhere. On the boardwalk but away from the noise. Everything was walkable. Tons of great restaurants!Bonus - falling asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing

Wonderful time at Rehoboth

This condo is fabulous in many ways: right on the beach and boardwalk at the north end; well equipped with all we needed; within walking distance of many shops and restaurants...and ice cream!!...a lovely balcony on the 6th floor above the busyness and noise...an invitation to enjoy nature with the sound of the waves, visits from monarch butterflies, the beauty of sunrise and the moon in the evening. This was our 2nd stay in this condo and we hope to return. The manager was especially helpful.

Excellent cozy place right next to the boardwalk.

This is a really great place. Well-furnished and clean. Outstanding location right next to the boardwalk and beautiful views of the ocean from the deck. Perfect for a weeklong getaway for a couple.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect, the view from the balcony was amazing and we were able to walk to everything. The unit was comfortable and spotless, the property was very well kept, everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

My family, my husband and I and our 2 young daughters, stayed here last week for our family vacation. We had a wonderful week! The location of this condo is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to everything you would need! The building itself felt safe and was so convenient to the beach. The balcony was our favorite part and we spent most of our time at the condo, on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view. We have already discussed booking again next summer! Thanks Michael!!

July 4th Vacation 2024

This location was very central to other nearby towns. Access to the beach and Boardwalk was very easy. The unit was closer to the end of the boardwalk so it was relatively quiet. There was a great breeze everyday on the balcony which was very nice. Access to the garage for parking was an excellent perk. Owner and property manager were very responsive to emails. Loved the live entertainment at the bandstand. We had a great time!

Last Minute Get-A-Way

We had a great stay. The view from the balcony was great! The furniture was comfortable for 2 senior citizens. The host was amazing. He worked very hard to make sure our stay was extra special. We would recommend this host and the condo to anyone wanting a relaxing trip.

Excellent Getaway

We were so fortunate to have great weather during our stay. This gave us the opportunity to enjoy the balcony ocean view, the outdoor pool, the short walk to the beach and great location on the boardwalk. The owner was very responsive in the VRBO App to any questions we had before and during our stay. We look forward to staying again, definitely a place worth repeating.

Wonderful Getaway

This is a fabulous condo with a great location at the north end of the boardwalk. We enjoyed... watching the waves and the sun coming up...listening to the surf throughout the day...walking at the water's edge...walking the boardwalk 4-5 miles a day...exploring Rehoboth Ave...eating crab cakes and ice cream... enjoying meals on the balcony. We would definitely like to return.

Perfect getaway

Good view of the beach and sunrises. On the boardwalk so easy walking access to everything downtown, and beach walks. Managers answered our questions promptly, and took care of one glitch that WE created. Sofa bed has a comfortable inflatable mattress different than any we had seen before. We will book again! Nice comfortable space. Easy access to beach, boardwalk and dining. Convenience of luggage carts and elevator was a plus. Only disappointment was that the pool was closed (advertised as open through end of September).

Unfortunately we were in Rehoboth the week of very unhealthy particulates from the Canadian fires. There was a problem with the cable so we had no television. We reported the cable issue and we’re told the owner would have to handle. The water was shut down one morning for repairs. By the middle of the week the outdoor air was impacting the indoor air quality, even with all windows closed. This property is in a great location. It was just unfortunate circumstances.

Great place, great location, great price, great owners

Checkin was easy. Place was clean and as advertised. Had a small issue with noise from a beach project the city was doing but the owner worked with us to make a good resolution. All and all it was a very enjoyable stay. We would stay again

Excellent location for a fun vacation

This is a great one bedroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen. The location is excellent! It is near the north end of the boardwalk, on the 6th floor with a great view of the ocean. Watching the sun come up from the balcony with a coffee is a treat. The building has its own underground parking and the elevators make getting upstairs very easy. The pictures are accurate and it is a very comfortable and relaxing place to experience Rehoboth Bach.

The condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Coffee in the morning watching the sun rise and cocktails in the evening with the moon. Great location. We plan on doing it again.

Great location for a fun get-away.

Nice view from the living room and balcony. Right on the north end of the boardwalk. Easy to walk to stores and restaurants, yet a little bit away from all the noise. Lots of fun. I would recommend changing the queen bed for a king size bed. If you want to be right at the beach this is a great choice.
