Rehoboth family home sleeps 13 and just 1.5 blocks to the beach!

Nestled among mature pine and cedar trees in the Pines Neighborhood just north of the Rehoboth Boardwalk, this large single family home is just 1.5 blocks to the the best beach in Rehoboth and an easy stroll to in-town restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Also close to tennis courts, tot lot, and the Cape Henlopen bike/walking path and state park

This home features 5 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The large screen porch runs the width of the house and is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. Plenty of table space is perfect for puzzles. There's a second floor deck off the two front bedrooms and a patio out back for cookouts. Outdoor shower. Off-street parking can accommodate 3 cars and on-street parking is never a problem (2 seasonal on-street parking permits provided).

Bedroom 1/Master Suite: King bed.
Bedroom 2/Master Suite: King bed.
Bedroom 3/Master Suite: Queen bed.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed.

The house is beautiful and well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and many supplies. It fully accommodated three generations of our family with plenty of spaces for everyone. The location is ideal to the beach and boardwalk while offering a quiet setting to relax on the enclosed front porch or preparing meals in the grilling area or spacious kitchen. The property manager, Michael was very responsive in helping us prepare for our visit and answering all questions allowing us to have a memorable family vacation!

Quiet, beautiful home close to the beach

Large house, beautifully decorated with everything you need for a beach getaway with a large family. 5 bedrooms gave eveyone their own space, although listing needs to be updated with accurate bed types since you must bring your own sheets. Enjoyed the games, kids loved bunk bed room. Kitchen has all utensils and appliances you need (seriously, everything). We were able to park 4 cars with passes provided. Only complaint is lack of drainage in outdoor shower and fact that we couldn't get in touch with manager through VRBO app. But seriously fell in love with this house and Rehoboth so giving 5 stars for a great stay.

Delighted with this home

This home was even better than the listing we were all so pleased with our stay. Great location, parking at beach was always available for easy access for our elderly mom. Kids were able to make the 1.5 block walk without issue. My only suggestion is an upgrade to the main bedroom mattress/boxspring, comfortable but a little squeeky. Brian greeted us and was very helpful with check in.

Excellent Family compound!

This was a perfect home for a great beach vacation - our family of 10 stayed for a week. Property was immaculate when we arrived. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms just as the pictures advertised. The front porch is very relaxing and a great place to hang out. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, utensils, and cooking supplies. Excellent location- can walk to beach or into Rehobeth or ride bikes through Gordon Pond preserve! Awesome Property manager was just next door and check in was extremely easy on the keypad. We ordered linens through a nearby service which was a breeze. Lovely home for a vacation!

Great beach house, roomy and well provisioned.

One of our favorite rentals from our years of coming to Rehoboth. Great kitchen with all kinds of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc., good for cooking big meals. Nice front porch. Living area is very roomy, plenty of space to spread out. About a 5 min walk from the beach, about ten minute walk to the boardwalk.

The place is exactly as pictured very well appointed! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Michael and James were very responsive and helpful as needed. I highly recommend this property and we look forward to returning.
