The property is uniquely situated about 1 mile from the beach in a private community. Perfect for leaving your car and strolling down Rehoboth Avenue to a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. The outlet mall is a few minutes drive along Coastal Highway/Route 1, where 147 stores have everything you may desire.

The property is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom/2 full bath ground level condominium in a private community. Can sleep up to 6 people. It is uniquely situated about 1 mile from the beach and boardwalk. The Junction Breakwater Trail runs by this community for biking/walking/hiking.

Main bedroom has a queen size bed w/private bathroom with a shower. Second bedroom has twin size beds. The living room sofa has a pull out queen size bed, to enable sleeping room for up to 6 people. Lamps in bedrooms each have 2 USB charging points for your convenience. Both bedrooms have large closets with ample hanging space and shelving, along with furniture for clothes storage. Clothes hangers provided in each closet. Flat screen/smart TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms. The TV service provided is Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN. There is also high speed wireless Internet with service throughout the house. The property has been upgraded with majority LED lighting.

Fully stocked with pots/pans, glasses, dishes, mugs, and utensils to be able to prepare meals if you wish. The kitchen has been upgraded with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Small appliances include two coffee machines (filter and a Keurig), a kettle, blender and toaster.

The balcony has 2 Adirondack chairs and a glass top pub table w/2 chairs that overlooks the pool and grassy area with a gate for convenient access to the pool deck. Guests also have access to a second pool in the community. Both pools are private and fenced in with card key access. Pool area includes lounge chairs and umbrellaed tables/chairs and has a restroom. A gazebo with a picnic table is next to pool deck.

The house has also been upgraded with additional security and keyless entry. You will receive a unique guest access code for the entirety of your stay. There is a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink and smoke alarms fitted throughout the property.

Additional features also include a full size washer and dryer for laundry services, a highchair, and 3 beach chairs for your use and enjoyment. Linens bath/hand towels, and beach/pool towels provided.

Parking lot includes 2 assigned parking spaces and several visitor spots. If bringing bicycles on your vacation, there is a bike rack located in the parking lot to secure them to.
