The location and layout of the house are good. It’s a quick drive to Dewey beach. The 3 stars is because we had multiple stained comforters/sheets and the kitchen wasn’t stocked as well as we would have hoped. The company did send over new comforter which was appreciated. Overall, cleanliness could be improved too.
