È tempo di fuggire da tutto in questa casa di città del 2018 splendidamente decorata. Il proprietario ha pensato a tutti i servizi necessari per rilassarsi e giocare durante la vacanza in spiaggia. Sawgrass South è una comunità chiusa con ottimi servizi. All'interno di questa atmosfera da resort ha una club house, piscine comunitarie, campi pubblici, campi da tennis e da basket. La clubhouse ha attività pianificate settimanalmente (es: degustazione di vini, tombola, ecc.). C'è anche un campo da golf dall'altra parte della strada dall'ingresso. Si trova a soli tre chilometri dal locale Tanger Outlets e dista solo cinque miglia dalla città e dalla spiaggia di Rehoboth.

Questa nuovissima residenza completamente arredata offre quattro camere da letto con due bagni e mezzo. Il primo piano ha una master suite con un letto king size, sala da pranzo, cucina, soggiorno, bagno di servizio, lavanderia con lavatrice full size e asciugatrice e solarium con un camino a gas. Il secondo piano ha tre camere da letto due sono arredate con letti queen size e l'altra camera è arredata con un letto matrimoniale e letti a castello di dimensioni doppie. Ogni camera è inoltre dotata di tv. C'è una zona soggiorno al di fuori delle camere con un divano e tv e un bagno completo. Le quattro camere da letto e il soggiorno hanno 4K HD Smart TV con cavo. Pass gratuito per il parcheggio in spiaggia con noleggio sempre. Questo ti costerebbe $ 50 per la settimana!

Kitchen is well stocked. Check-in was easy. Cleaners were finished about 15 minutes after 4 but we had family renting the house across the street. The house is very welcoming and spacious. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Plenty of pool passes. Didn’t use parking permit. Found it easier to pay for four hours and park close to beach. Plenty of bikes and pool toys. Body surf boards and chairs and umbrella. Beautiful back patio, although we didn’t sit out there. South pool area by gate entrance was really nice. Used grills there for family cookout. Beautiful clubhouse. Weather was fantastic. Washer and dryer work well. Great area upstairs with kids toys and couch. Our families enjoyed this house and the one across the street. We hope to go back again.

First trip to Rehoboth!

This was our first time staying in Rehoboth. We are a family of seven with five kids ages 6 to 12. This home comfortably accommodated all of us as well as my mother-in-law. Property was clean and spacious. The pool was a quick drive/bike ride or a .4 mile walk one way. The pool was clean and where we spent most afternoons after being at the beach for the morning! The permit left for the beach was fantastic, we were able to get a parking spot less than two blocks off the beach every morning before 10am. The beach was beautiful. We were pleased with this home and our stay tremendously! 10/10!

Family beach week

This property was perfect for our two families. We loved our time in Rehoboth. The house was very clean upon arrival and has plenty of space. The bikes, beach equipment were a great addition. We enjoyed the complex pool and exploring the neighborhood. Host was responsive to anything needed. Would definitely recommend!

Summer starts!

Beautiful townhouse & location. Beach+parking passes a welcome bonus. The location was spacious with plenty of private & communal areas. On arrival, obviously the unit wasn't ready for first renters of the season. Upstairs beds without full sheet sets, and master bedding dirty with foul odor. The stovetop, coffee pot, and main toilet were filthy. The ice was clearly very old. Limited toilet paper (<1 roll/ bathroom), hard to find bath towels. Combined available sheets upstairs for the 1 bed we used there, and we washed the master bedding (sheets and comforter). Cleaned the toilet, coffee pot, and stove, made fresh ice, and purchased TP and paper towels. We moved on to enjoy our time away and not let this ruin our fun. The owner was responsive to our outreach, helped us to locate additional paper products locked in a storage, and gave us a partial refund of cleaning cost. Disappointing there are separate charges for linen, towels, and cleaning. Although we had to find and/or clean bedding, ultimately, I guess we did have linen and towels so we did not get any linen or towel refund. Would consider staying here again, hoping this was a 1x issue as the owner explained they had a new cleaning service starting that week, and the home truly was beautiful once it was renter ready.

Great place for a family to stay

Our family of adults and kids really enjoyed this rental. The owner was approachable and available, although we had no issues at all during our stay. The condo is in a great location, and our kids LOVED getting to use the bikes in the garage. The kids also loved looking for frogs in the yard at night. We were grateful to be able to use the beach chairs and toys as well. Overall this was an awesome place for a family vacation!

Rehoboth Beach

Great Condo in a great location!! Convenient to everything you could possibly need. Condo was very spacious, plenty of room for my family. The bikes that were provided came in handy for going and visiting other family in the same neighborhood. Would highly recommend staying at Debra and Dana’s, excellent hosts, quickly responded to the one issues we had!!

Roomy family accommodation

Plenty of space for everyone! Bedrooms are very large which means plenty of room to set up air mattresses/sleeping bags for kids. Kitchen and living room space were also large with lots of seating making it great for a large group to be able to spread out - the extra tv space in the loft came in super useful as well. Cell phone reception in the complex was spotty, but the wifi worked well. The community pool and gym were awesome. Conveniently close to all the stores and restaurants near the outlet malls.

The property was very nice and well taken care of. A few minor issues were addressed in a fast and efficient manner to the best of the host's ability. Host was accommodating and was available to help us with questions we had. Host was very friendly, and we would consider staying again in the future.

Great rental property in Rehoboth

We had a great stay in this townhouse in the beautiful community of Sawgrass South. The townhouse was very roomy for 6 of us and nicely decorated. The community is great for walking, biking, and it has a beautiful pool. Close enough to the beach and included a parking pass. Recommend for a nice stay in Rehoboth.

Tastefully decorated, relaxing and clean home

Worth every penny:) The driveway fits one suv, and from the front of the house I thought it was going to be tight for our family of seven. However, not the case! Plenty of space and loved all the high ceilings. Clubhouse (also gorgeous) was an easy walk and the pool was never crowded. Had an excellent stay, thank you!!

Rehoboth beach

We stayed at this property for a week and it was just about a 10 minute drive to the beach (depending on traffic). The house had everything we needed and then some fun beach and pool accessories. The property manager was easy to contact and on top of things. There was a point the air conditioner was not working and he had someone out there to take a look at it very quickly. We would stay here gain and we loved rehoboth beach and the boardwalk!

Large condo - great for kids

Large clean condo , about 20 minutes from Rehoboth beach . Pool very nice and walking distance . Parking nearby (across the street and driveway) so not an issue for multiple people. Only complaint is the gates at the community are very finicky and tricky to open , even with a working access card. It was a good trip

We totally enjoyed our stay at the condo. We couldn’t have found another place that is this beautiful and clean. The kitchen has everything you need so we made breakfast every morning instead of going out somewhere. It’s in a very nice community and only takes 10 minutes or so to get to the beach or one minute to get to the community pool.. Plenty of very good restaurants not too far away. We’ll be coming back again! Thanks Debra and Dana!

Rehoboth Delight

The property was exactly as the pictures show. It was a convenient location to shopping, dinning and the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and safe- we enjoyed walking to the south pool. The garage is stocked with all your pool/beach needs. Communication with the owner was a breeze. We would definitely stay again.

Great home

This was an amazing home to stay in. It was very clean and spacious. There are delicious restaurants within 5 minutes. There are many food stores within 5 minutes also. The drive to the main beach area took about 10 minutes. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking items. The home was very clean. We will definitely book again.
