Appena fuori dalla rotta 1 e 3 miglia a Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, negozi del centro e spiagge.

Il condominio si trova a pochi passi dagli outlet, da numerosi ristoranti come il Cracker Barrel e dal Park and Ride. Puoi goderti una giornata in piscina, rilassarti sulla veranda riparata o in spiaggia.

Disposizione camera da letto:
La camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato, una cabina armadio e un letto matrimoniale con un materasso gemello extra situato sotto il letto per i più piccoli. Ha anche una tv a schermo piatto e un lettore DVD.
La seconda camera ha due letti queen size e un'elegante tv a schermo piatto e un lettore DVD.
La terza camera ha due letti singoli con materasso extra situato sotto uno dei letti. Tutte le camere hanno un ventilatore a soffitto per il vostro comfort.

Inoltre, abbiamo bisogno di due lettini gemelli, se necessario.
Il bagno principale è dotato di doccia e vasca. Il bagno principale ha una grande doccia. Entrambi i bagni hanno asciugamani e sapone per le mani con un antipasto di carta igienica.

Il soggiorno è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi con un divano, un divano e una sedia girevole e pouf si apre con coperte extra. Anche con ventilatore a soffitto e TV a schermo piatto e lettore DVD. Perfetto per una notte di pioggia per giocare a giochi da tavolo e di carte che sono per il tuo uso. Fornito è anche un mini buco di mais. Per favore, porta i DVD che preferisci.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare, cuocere e mangiare. Forno, tostapane, frullatore e forno a microonde sono tutti forniti. Tavolo da cucina con 8 posti a sedere e una barra di contro altezza per altre 3 persone.
Proiettato in veranda ha anche un tavolo e 4 sedie per il tuo divertimento.
Il portico esterno ha anche un tavolino e 4 sedie.
Viene fornito un carrello da spiaggia per rendere il tuo viaggio verso la costa un po 'più semplice.
Includono anche 4 sedie a sdraio e un ombrellone da 7 piedi.
Acquistato di recente è anche un dispositivo di raffreddamento da 38 quart con impugnatura e ruote. Non dimenticare i teli da mare e la crema solare

Il condominio si trova al terzo piano, quindi dovrai salire alcuni gradini.

Decent stay

The carpets, dishes and “show linen” are definitely showing their age. They have an ant problem that was not disclosed and the unit had some cleaning discrepancies when checking in (dirty pots and pans, used beer can and cigarette butts). The stay was good, everything worked and good location. In the future I would consider renting from an adjacent property but not this one.

Better than described!

Location is a drive to beach, 20 minutes in traffic or 20 minutes on a bike path if you have a back pack. Condo looks better than pictures! Flooring in living area is LVP. Furniture is older pattern but so comfortable, condo is comfortable and pretty. Plenty of room! Beds comfortable and very clean. We had everything we needed to cook. We did a puzzle and played board games, nice big coffee table. Pool was perfect for a dip after a long day.You do hear the road and cars but I slept like a rock, it didn’t wake me at all. I called management a couple of times and they answered right away. There are bike racks in parking lot. Rehoboth is very bike friendly.For a family trip, this was a great place to stay!

Great location but noisy

The house itself was very nice, close to the beach but the noise from the bedroom at night was awful you can hear everyone driving down the highway. We also had an issue all week with ants being all throughout the kitchen, the mangers did bring ant traps and sprays but it didn’t keep them away. Other than those two issues, this place is very nice and decorated and close to shopping and the beach!

Beautiful condo!

Our stay here was great! The condo was very clean and roomy for all 6 of us. The pool was nice and was not crowded, ever! It was a short drive to the beach with lots of shopping and activities nearby. Our view was not great but again, everything else was perfect.

Loved that we had the pool to use.

Plenty of room for us. Rooms were big. A bit of road noise in one bedroom. Loved the pool early in the day when there not many people there.

Good, clean but Highway 1 is a drag

The complex is generic but the unit was very clean, well decorated and spacious with everything needed. Kind of a pain to bring sheets and towels especially as a third floor walk up which is a struggle. Due to the heat the very small outdoor porch was not usable. Pool area is small with tables and limited shade. Bigger issue is route 1 is the view and it’s jammed up all the time. The short distance to the beach is not real time as in summer took 15-20 minutes to go 2 miles and then there’s no parking. Be prepared to circle. Price is really right. Arrived an hour early but NOONE from the rental agency answers their phone. Call back was hours later.

Everything was Great

The Condo was great. The only issues I had were, ant were coming into the condo's kitchen and the road noise at night. The ant issue was quickly addressed and resolved with the property manager. As for the nightly road noise, that was due to location and no one is at fault. I would not rent that particular site again due to the noise. The location however was so fantastic for visiting family, going shopping and eating out.

Property was great. Perfect size for our family (there was 7 of us). We had a good time shopping at the outlets plus some other things (NASCAR race for 4 of us). We all loved our little getaway and look forward to visiting again this summer to enjoy the beach!

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout was perfect, we had plenty of room for everyone. The condo was very clean and well stocked. They have a fully stocked kitchen, games and beach chairs. The online pictures don’t do it justice. If you like to shop, this is the perfect location! It’s a quick drive to both Rohobeth beach and Lewis beach! On the downside (but none of these would prevent me from returning): The carpets are old and worn and could use updating or a deep clean. The condo is on the main road and you can hear the traffic from the bedrooms and all emergency sirens at night. The condo is on the third floor, stairs only. Overall this was a great condo, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

I was extremely pleased with the amount of space and the overall quality of the unit. Everything was very nice, it was great having TV’s with cable and Wi-Fi access for the kids. The pool was an amazing plus for my family. We had a great vacation and I would definitely come back.

Best Spot in Rohobeth

This Villa was well decorated. The owner provided many amenities such as games, things to use at the beach and some seasons for cooking. Location can't be beat. Right on the highway that led to everything in every direction. Looking forward to returning.

Great Location

Great location, next to the highway, the outlets and near the beaches. The condo was spacious with plenty of supplies. Great place for relaxing. Pool access was convenient, never crowded.

everything was very nice-I just don't remember if the fact that it was on the third floor was mentioned in the ad, but that was quite a surprise. One and only problem is the shower in the master bath: the doors are shot and the floor of the shower is slippery when wet which seems like a risky thing.

Lots of room & well equipped

3 bedrooms & 2 baths were perfect size for our family. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Pool was an added benefit. Was not crazy about having to rent linens.

Ladies annual beach weekend

Renting could not be any easier! Loved the digital keypad entry on the door which allows you to arrive on your own schedule. I had the information several days in advance. The condo was centrally located so we were minutes from beach, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely rent this condo in the future.
