At home, spend time sipping coffee on the pond-front balcony or enclosed porch each morning, then step inside to make breakfast. You’ll find hardwood floors, abundant natural light, and an open layout, combining the full, well-equipped kitchen with the living room and dining area. Stainless steel appliances and plentiful counter space make meal prep a breeze, and everyone can dine together at the table for eight or just grab a snack at the breakfast bar. Hop on one of the provided bikes and explore on two wheels, or spend the day at the community pool and hot tub. Cool off with the central AC when it’s warm, or cozy up with some hot cocoa in front of the gas fireplace when it’s chilly outside. Entertainment options include two streaming-capable TVs, free cable, and WiFi. End the night as you began the day, back out on the screened porch - but this time, toasting your good luck at booking the perfect vacation escape.

Guests must use their own logins for streaming services.
The pool and hot tub are open seasonally.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
