    Spacious and family-friendly, this Rehoboth Beach townhome offers a perfect retreat for you and yours! Located in a private community, appreciate peace and quiet during your stay, as well as effortless access to the community's trail system, and a shared pool. Adorned with charming nautical-themed mementos, the interior of the townhome presents a welcoming space to kick back, relax, and enjoy each other's company. Remote workers will appreciate the stay's designated office space, and everyone will find the private washer/dryer essential for keeping their swimsuits refreshed. When you aren't streaming your favorite TV shows and movies on the living room's large TV, play chef in the well-equipped kitchen, or gaze out at pond views from the private patio. The four bedrooms are comfortable and plush with high-quality linens, tasteful decorations, and central air-conditioning. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There is no cable. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Perfect!

Everything was great, very spacious, townhouse had plenty of towels, great location, nice pool, great restaurant recommendations by property mgmt, awesome for our fur babies, we didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return!

Wonderful and clean getaway near the beach

Really enjoyed a small family get together and getaway for the weekend. Plenty of nice local restaurants nearby and only a few minutes from the beach. Property was very clean and nicely put together.

Great stay in a convenient location!

Rented the house for our wedding shower weekend and it was awesome! Great space, all the necessary beach tools were provided, and parking was easy and accommodated our group. We will definitely be back!

CLEAN ANS COZY accommodations

Stayed at the property for daughters 12u softball tournament along with another parent and player family. Wonderful location to ball fields, food , shopping, etc. Super fast and easy communication with property owner who was kind enough to allow few extra hours late check in to accommodate when girls qualified for finals ! Highly recommend !

Absolutely Perfect!

We've been staying in homes for many, many years and I can honestly say this home was the absolute best! Incredibly clean, comfortable and perfectly located! We were close to so many great areas of Rehoboth Beach and surrounding towns but the condo was as quiet and peaceful for a wonderful opportunity to relax and unwind! From the little touches of shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom to the plethora of towels, coffee, spices and everything you would need in the kitchen. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy!

Christmas Fun

We stayed for a quick holiday weekend with the kids. The house was perfect for the two families and the kids loved the bunkbed room. The house was clean, and the owner really thought of those small personal touches. Travel soap, conditioner and shampoo were offered where many places barely have hand soap. The location is perfect if you are visiting Schellville and doing some shopping. The owner also thought about kid (or has littles) and offered small cups and silverware which was great. We would love to stay again! Thanks for a great time. Jen

The house and location itself was amazing but there were some cleanliness and maintenance issues that do not justify a 5 star review. Rather than list everything publicly I am planning to address them privately with the staff to see if they can be addressed for future guests.

Pretty tired and dirty

This home was a below average beach rental. Numerous stains on the carpet, loose tiles, a noisy refrigerator, super creaky stairs, etc. The cleaning was obviously a rush job with dirt and crumbs plentifully strewn about in corners and on edges. On top of all that, a rude and grumpy year round neighbor lives next door.

Great for family with young kids!

The house overall was great and very clean, a good floor plan for my family with three young kids and we really enjoyed our stay! Our older two kids loved the bunk beds! We did have two minor issues that I told Vacasa about, but which were not resolved (this is entirely on Vacasa and not the owners of the home): first, the pool fob was missing, and the second was an adjustment needed to the hinges on one of the kids bedroom doors. Hopefully these will be resolved shortly for the next guests. We loved the boardwalk, Funland, Gordon’s Pond beach, Stop and Go Taco, Casapulla’s Italian Subs, Thompson Island Brewing co, Kohr Brothers frozen custard, Egg. The house also had beach towels available and sand toys for the kids. Very convenient drive to and from the boardwalk area. We would stay here again.
