    The Space:

    Less than a half-mile from the beach and boardwalk, and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions, this family-friendly home offers the perfect choice for your next getaway. Lake Gerar Park is right in your backyard, or go for a hike at Gordons Pond State Park, around two miles away. If you’d rather spend the day on a lazy river, Jungle Jim’s water park is around two miles away. Start the day outside on your patio, watching the birds while you sip your morning coffee. Inside, you’ll find an open space, featuring hardwood floors, abundant natural light, and a floor plan designed for spending time together. Step into the full, well-equipped kitchen to whip up mealtime masterpieces, then serve up your culinary creations at the large, window-front dining table or breakfast bar. Even better, dine alfresco on the patio, enjoying the private tree-lined yard and patio bird feeders. After a day on the beach, come home to cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer makes quick work of the day’s laundry. Stream the latest release on any of three TVs or catch up on any remote work at the dedicated desk area with the help of the free high-speed WiFi. Cuddle up in front of the gas fireplace with some cocoa before calling it a night in any of four well-appointed bedrooms, including a primary suite with direct patio access and a private bathroom. It’s time to start making beach memories - all that’s left to do is book. It was a great house for our weekend get away! It has a lovely view of the lake from the back yard and the beach was just a short walk away! Everything was very clean and convenient, it had everything we needed for our stay!

It was a wonderful place! There was plenty of room, a good efficient kitchen and was beautiful inside and out! We're so glad we were able to stay there and were able to walk to everything and bike our hearts out!

The home was perfect for our family stay (7 adults). It was comfortable and clean with well stocked kitchen. Great location on the pond/park. No neighblors behind us or to the left of the home. Easy walk to downtown,boardwalk and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Great home in a great location.

Very quiet Place to stay

We had a very enjoyable time at this location was not that far to walk to the beach -- very quiet community - parking a little tricky if you have more than 2 vehicles -- but we managed it the best we could --- place was nice -- except the last day or so the extra bathroom sink was slow draining -- but would not deter us staying at that location again.

Overall it was great. Good location and had everything we needed. The parking was an issue as the site says 2 spaces and there is only one. We made it work but one car had to park in the bushes.

Coastal Half Marathon

The house was perfect. We were here to celebrate a huge accomplishment by one of our friends, at the race. Plenty of room. It looked just like the photos.

Felt like home

Communication was excellent and the house is very well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We loved the large open common space and the fact that it was all one floor! It felt very spread out and everyone had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable!

A wonderful home-very walkable to beach, boardwalk and shops

The home was clean and welcoming. We had some minor issues with parking that were quickly solved. Our party of 6 had ample space and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking.We enjoyed the park adjacent to the back yard and enjoyed our coffee on the patio. The beach and town were easily walkable. Once we parked, we didn’t move our vehicles until we left!

Amazing location, walkable to everything.

Overall 5 stars, great home, great location. Gave it a 4 for listing accuracy because even though it advertises a fireplace there was way to use it, no remote or instructions included.

Great house for family near beach

Nice house in a great location. Easy walk to beach. Home needed some minor repairs and some linens were stained but my family and I were very happy with our stay. Had difficulty accessing the home due to issues with automatic lock and had to use the spare key the whole time but that was the only issue.

Loved our stay

Clean, comfy, spacious, well equipped home. Great location. As others have commented, it’s not obvious how to use the fireplace. Some instructions would have been nice as it took some back and forth with Vacasa the first two days and watching some YouTube videos to figure it out. Also suggest a snow shovel for guests or property manager to better clear driveway and back patio of snow. Would definitely rent this place again.

Good location

We found the location of the home home to the beach and boardwalk very convenient. The one-story layout was good for the little ones and the home is located on the lake which had a variety of bunnies, turtles and a deer which the kids enjoyed. The home was pretty clean with the exception that one of the sinks was stopped up and despite attempts, was never fixed. When we arrived the outdoor shower did not work and had to be turned on which took a day to rectify.

Great Family Vacation Spot

This house is a delight, in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to the center of town and the beach. The house is beautifully appointed and perfect for a family vacation. Additionally, the house immaculate. The house backs up to a serene lake. Remember to bring paper goods, soaps, and garbage bags. Also, if you want mattress pads on your beds, bring an extra one or two. They have mattress pads and/or mattress encasements. The king bed didn’t have a mattress pad but it wasn’t a big deal because we brought one. We happily would stay again!

Lovely house by the lake and close to the beach

My family of 6 adults and 1 child plus one dog stayed in the house for 5 days. It was perfect for us. Only 2 blocks from the beach and Rehoboth Avenue, lovely lake and park right behind the house. Nice backyard seating area but it was not clean enough for me so I didn't actually sit there, although others in our family did. WiFi worked great with lots of people using it. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. Renters should be aware that the front door lock is quirky. It never works the first time you try. I wish Vacasa would change it. The parking situation is a bit difficult to understand as written in a note provided in the house. Next-door neighbor had to explain to us and I confirmed with the town's parking department. The rental agent was not helpful in this regard. Overall we really liked the house and hopefully will rent it again in the future.
