“Everything was good but I remember check-in time was at 1 and check-out time was at 12”

“The staff at the time of our stay was great. But it was creepy having to check in over a computer screen, instead of in-person. I accidentally left a $1000 medication pen in the room fridge. We were 50 miles away when I realized. When I talked to the manager, he said there were no items found, and wouldn’t even ask someone to look again. Then he hung up on me! Not a fan!”

“Unclean, and just not up to standard. You will be in a non smoking area and still Smelling smoke from the vent. Dont go there! Choose somewhere else for ur stay. It was only a few hrs and we were out.”

“Knowing that we would arrive late, I called to notify the staff and they saved our room. The room was amazing. The bathroom had a unique flow. Breakfast was good and hot. The only hiccup was the elevators did not function properly and we got stuck once.”

“Gallup è una cittadina interessante appena fuori dell'Arizona attorno alla route 66. L'hotel è un paio di km fuori dal centro, verso est, comodissimo se andate a vedere gli eventi che si svolgono al Red Rocks Park (Intertribal, mongolfiere, ecc).”
