“The property was described as having 3 bedrooms with 3 queen sized beds. It has 3 bedrooms, but one of them was empty...no bed. No Wi-Fi password or house information was provided. And finally, the house was dirty, with hair in the towels and sinks, and rotting food in the refrigerator. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but we only stayed for one. After the first uncomfortable night, we packed up our belongings first thing the morning, and booked ourselves into a hotel. It was an unpleasant...

“Room was clean and decently updated. Staff was nice. Free hot breakfast but you could tell it was just reheated. Pool was out of order. Fitness center was very small (dumbbells, elliptical & treadmill) and the treadmill didn’t work. They do have a partnership with the fitness center around the corner if you have time to use that instead. My room keys deactivated multiple times throughout my stay. ”

The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. “Elevator panels were held together with duct tape. Got me worried a little of the elevator was safe. Trim in the elevator was lifted and my shoe got stuck one time. Hair dryer in the room was broken and didn't get fixed despite two requests. The room service guy (likely Doordash) didn't deliver silverware with dinner and what's worse argued it wasn't his job to deliver silverware with the order unless I order directly with the restaurant. ”

Not being sure about the call, I said I will come down to the desk. When I got there, I was again asked my name then I was told to step away from the desk, and wait.
