Charming 2-bedroom cottage right on a 30’ wide whitewater creek in Reliance, TN

  • This cottage with vaulted ceilings, big stone fireplace and huge deck that is right on the creek bank is so special! The kitchen is huge with butcher top counters, new appliances and every small appliance you can think of with a wall of windows looking at the creek. It sits on 20 acres with a native meadow and trails through the woods in the heart of Reliance, TN for fishing and rafting. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a hair dryer, laundry room and cable TV during your stay. We have a King bed in main bedroom with attached bath with beautiful marble and copper vessel sink. The large second bedroom has a queen bed and 2 twins. Both bedrooms have a wall of windows facing the creek. There is a second full bath off the hallway. The living room has six sides, 3 of them windows and 1 a large fireplace. The Creek House sleeps 6. There is only one other house on our property, The Ayuwasi House, also available on VRBO.

If you are heading to the Hiwassee River or surrounding area this is an excellent house for small groups. It is in a very peaceful location so lots of privacy. Furnished well and a pleasure to stay in.

This property and the sister 4-bedroom next door provided a fantastic spot for our group to enjoy the beauty of nature and spend time on the water. The host was terrific at helping us when we had an issue with the lockbox. Fantastic hospitality. Can’t wait to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It was thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed, and the beautiful stream was such a peaceful delight. Beverly was wonderful to work with and communicated with us every step of the way. We felt right at home and look forward to returning for another visit. Highly recommend.
