“Zona silenziosa, bella e spaziosa camera, colazione adeguata con caldo e freddo e una birreria con live music a ridosso dell'Hotel. Un parcheggio adeguato ed il personale gentile. Pienamente soddisfatto di aver scelto questo albergo come tappa durante un viaggio”

“It needs updates for the price. There's no internet tv or usb plugs. The fabric chair was frayed. There's only a small refrigerator not full size and no microwave unless your request it.”

“The rooms and hotel were clean and comfortable, but the thing that struck me the most, was the friendliness of the staff that we encountered, from front desk, to cafe in the morning and chambermaids in the hallways. Excellent staff!”

“A clean place to sleep. A maintenance issue came up and the staff dealt with it appropriately. traffic noise was loud outside, but not disturbing inside although I was not on the highway side of the building.”

“Propert was clean, our room had a few minor issues, furniture needed maintenance. Breakfast is a grab n go. Coffee and nutrigrain bar. No milk so mindful if you drink tea, coffee mate was only available. Check-in is very restricted to 3pm. With rooms having kitchens, lots of cooking smells filter through the hotel. Staff were helpful, and friendly. Would stay again.”

“The room was okay for the price and overall fine for a short stay. However, we found small bugs/roaches in the room, which is absolutely terrible and unacceptable for a hotel. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement.”

“The bath linens were not cleaned properly and also there was no tissue or even an ironing board available in the room, No Ice was available. The service was not good for the price of the hotel. I was not comfortable and was not happy with the hotel accommodations. The stay was not good for me. ”

“Ho trascorso una settimana a cavallo di Capodanno perchè un mio amico americano abita nei paraggi. L'albergo è in una zona tranquillissima, non certo turistica in sè, non lontana dalla capitale Hartford, ma comunque, come la maggior parte degli Stati Uniti, non è facile girare senza un mezzo di trasporto. Se si ha bisogno di un albergo come punto d'appoggio per poi girare per il Connecticut, è semplicemente ottimo.”

“The room I was placed in had a light switch by the door that didn’t work, the only electricity that worked were the lamps that you had to walk up to to switch on — and these mildly lit up the room. The bathroom was dirty with long hair on the ground, as soon as I entered I noticed. Also, the toilet paper was not replaced, it was used and low. The room had a mini fridge that seemed to have had a broken fan since it did not stop roaring, and I couldn’t figure out a way to disconnect it from the...

“Personale gentile. Stanza ampia e pulita ma vicino alla finestra c’era un pezzo di carta da parati che veniva via. L’ascensore la mattina era molto sporco, c’era un mozzicone di sigaretta per terra e il pavimento era appiccicaticcio. La zona colazione alle 8.30, quindi mezz’ora prima della fine del servizio era molto caotica e disorganizzata. Quando siamo scesi non c’era nulla e il ragazzo stava rifornendo tutto nello stesso momento. Avrebbe potuto farlo man mano di modo che non si creasse...
