Hotel a Remera

“Great and quick communication with the hotel before arrival. I wrote them saying i wouldnt arrive until 1 am and they said no problem and assured me they would be waiting for me. And gave me the names and contact details of the staff that would be there. As taxi was dropping me off the security gate opened with the guard and young man welcoming me. And then the lady came out to welcome me as well . Arriving in kigali for the first time at 12 am it is nice to stay at this place not too far...

“Staff were very helpful and organised taxis etc. Room was large , bed comfortable and had good wifi. There was a bar and restaurant although I did not dine there. ”

“Property is a shared rooming house with little space for anything. Non of the listed amenities is on the property. I attempted to contact owner and he asked me to come back next day.”

“The staff are friendly and kind. The pictures do not represent the conditions of the property, it’s run down and it’s very basic. Poor value for the price changed. ”

“This property is located close to the airport but far away from any tourist destinations. Very expensive to get from the property to Kigali city. Many moto taxi don't know how to get there.. ”

“I didn't get the room what i request. They put me in an apartment which i never reserve. Additionally, in the reservation there was a breakfast but when i go there they told me there is no breakfast, i lost all my money which i paid through this app. So, i want to requaet my money bavk for the breakfast”
