“The hotel pool was not working.
Key cards were required to go up the elevator to your room; however, if you were on an odd level floor all of the ice machines were on even floors. You cannot take the elevator to the ice machine floors and have to use the stairs. It’s very inconvenient and frustrating.”

“This hotel was a challenge for 2 Seniors. The walk from the curb to the Check-in desk was a very long distance. To get to the Lobby, had to use an escalator, signage nearly non-existent to find lobby, security then point me to follow purple carpet.
