Appartamenti a Renazzo

“Appartamento perfetto, recentemente ristrutturato con gusto e materiali di qualità. Tutto il necessario presente e anche più. 2 stanze, 2 bagni, salone e angolo cucina perfetti! Terrazzino presente. Rapporto qualità / prezzo eccellente! Posizione strategica vicino stazione e all’ingresso del centro. Straconsigliato”

“Gestore educato e ben organizzato. Tariffa non del tutto trasparente a causa del portale, che attira con un prezzo interessante e solo dopo precisa che al prezzo (70 euro) bisogna aggiungere 15 euro per le pulizie e 3 per la tassa di soggiorno (fatturati). Sorpresa finale: fattura di 60 euro per la prenotazione anziché 70 perché 10 sono di provvigione al portale; e i 10 chi li fattura?”

“Everything was clean and prepared for our stay! Communication with hosts was very good. They were attentive and professional throughout. We loved the location near the station, we loved the immediate neighborhood (Forno Brisa is close and an excellent breakfast & single-origin espresso!), and we loved Bologna. 2 bedrooms/baths a definite plus! If I had the entire trip to do over again, we would stay here and use Bologna as a home base for several more day trips that we didn't get to. Thank...

“Very spacious and very quiet apartment on the second floor. Ten minutes to main piazza bit there’s lots of restaurants in the immediate area and all very good (that we tried). Drinks around the market are also great. The apartment is large for two people and stylish. The photos on the website are accurate. Ten/fifteen minutes walk to the train station.”

“We stayed in the Casa Del Sole by Studio Vita Apartments for two nights at the end of September, This was the second apartment we stayed in out of 4 in Bologna due to flight cancellations. The check-in process is very easy, clear and reception is location a 3-4 minute walk away (for us at our first apartment building). The building itself is a traditional Bolognese building on a street busy with Trattoria's. There is no lift so you will need to carry luggage up the stairs, something to be...

“Eccellente”

“We liked everything about this property. The host was amazing, very caring and friendly! I highly recommend it! ❤️ 🇮🇹 ”

“Good location. Great apartment for a family. Very big with two toilets. Clean! Very comfortable apartment!”

“This apt is near to so much. It is very well located in fact it is opposite a popular picture site with the canal. There is a quiet after 10pm rule that everyone should be aware of but it was definitely manageable even with two teenagers. It’s very comfortable and the rooms are big we easily slept our family of 5.”
