“Great hotel ”

“For a 5 star hotel breakfast was not on point. It was a hot plate option. Dog friendly hotel but that does not mean dogs should be on seats. This was like a 5 star butlins. This hotel lives on a name. ”

“Spa garden rooms were beautiful and the staff were amazing. Dinning is not fast so leave enough time.”

“Tutto bene, purtroppo la scarsa elasticità della direzione non mi ha permesso di annullare l'ultima notte dato che ho dovuto lasciare la camera un giorno prima. Il comportamento è stato da grande catena alberghiera, non compatibile con la dimensione dell'hotel. Peccato”

“Lovely hotel and very comfortable. Food wasn’t great but apparently there was a new chef who was a bit overwhelmed when we chose to eat there. It’s convenient to walk into the city centre but parking is not good. The hotel only has 5 spaces (2 are disabled) so expect to pay to park and it is shockingly expensive outside the hotel. There is a Q park about 10 mins walk though.”
