The room was ok. We found hairs on the sheets. We realize they accepted pets so it wasn’t a huge surprise. The sheets appeared to be clean and fresh smelling. The wall paper in the bathroom was pealing and the tile grout needs deep cleaning. Also, the mattress was worn and not very supportive. We did ask the front desk if there was another room. But, there were no more suites available. The heating system seems to work different than other places we have stayed. We were told by the front desk it’s based on the outdoor temperature and the room stayed very hot no matter what the thermostat was set at. We asked the front desk to check into this, but no follow was done that we are where of. We also asked to have our room cleaned 2x during our stay. The front desk failed to follow through with housekeeping and we had to ask again to have our room cleaned. They did final cleaned it but, didn’t refill the condition in the shower. They also didn’t refill the drinking water dispenser in the fitness center. I asked twice and it was never refilled that day. It appears there is no management following up on any of these complaints or concerns. It also appears the hotel needs a refresh to the hotel suites. This is not what I’m accustomed to from a Hilton managed property.
