“ビジネス ダブルまたはツインルームを予約 ▶エアコン故障（ファンヒーターのみ３時間おきに電源再投入が必要で熟睡できず） ▶風呂なし（共用シャワーのお湯が出ず） ▶冷蔵庫なし ▶テレビなし（写真ではあるのに部屋にはなし） ▶照明は蛍光灯と白熱灯があるが暗く、蛍光灯は中に虫の死骸だらけ（何年も掃除していない） ▶部屋の掃除は行き届いておらず、ホコリや小さなゴミがそのまま、南京虫が居そう ▶共用部分の廊下や階段はきしみ音あり、補修された様子なし、お湯の出も悪くチョロチョロ、トイレから外の雪溶かし水道ホースが出ていて窓が完全に閉まらず極寒”

“This resort was significant to how amazing our snowboarding vacation turned out. Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious! It’s true they don’t change items but there were so many choices that it really wasn’t necessary. We looked forward to breakfast and dinners there the entire 4 night stay. We had the junior suite which has the stone tub as our bath and it was a dream come true. Japanese style futons were so comfortable even after a long day of snowboarding. “It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. ”
