Ranch a Retford

“This property is not as advertised. It said lig cabin it was like a shed. It said it was private it was in the middle of a camping site. Chickens running about. No communication from staff before hand. Promised a full refund but still waiting.”

“We did not receive the check-in details via e-mail so could not check in and ultimately not stay overnight. The phone number that was with the booking was supposed to be a helpdesk with the operator being anything but helpful. We had a look for help at the property but could not find anyone on two separate occasions; we were also astounded to discover that the accommodation was in the middle of a wedding venue and NOT the wedding we were attending. “Lovely room, clean, tidy and well decorated the only problem was the towel rail was not connected therefore unable to dry towels. Would have liked an information booket/leaflet in room to show menu and snacks available.”
