The Space

This villa's five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. Every space has been thoughtfully designed with full accessibility for wheelchair users, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable stay for all. The thoughtful layout caters to every need. The spacious main floor boasts an open-plan dining and kitchen area, ideal for family gatherings. Upstairs, a private loft with a balcony offers a quiet escape. The meticulously landscaped outdoor area is a true highlight, featuring a 46 sq.m private pool and a separate 9 sq.m children's pool, ensuring fun for all ages.





Ground Floor – The Heart of the Villa

As you step onto the ground floor, you'll find yourself in the villa's vibrant social hub. To your right, the open-plan dining room awaits, anchored by a rustic wooden dining table comfortably seating ten. The dining room's seamless connection to the fully equipped kitchen allows for easy interaction and encourages lively conversations as culinary creations come to life. As you enter the villa's social hub on the ground floor, you'll find the first two of four beautifully designed bedrooms to your left. These ground-floor bedrooms are each conceived as private sanctuaries. Two offer luxurious double beds (1.80m x 2.00m) and the added convenience of en-suite bathrooms with refreshing showers. The third bedroom features two comfortable single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) and a private en-suite full bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. The fourth bedroom, also on this level, is furnished with two comfortable single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) and includes a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room also boasts a charming loft, accessible by a wooden staircase, providing an additional sleeping space with a single bed (0.90m x 2.00m)—perfect for a child or an extra guest. All ground-floor bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes and are each uniquely decorated, showcasing their own individual character. Two of the double rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Window screens in every ground-floor bedroom ensure peaceful nights, allowing guests to enjoy the fresh Cretan air undisturbed.

All guests are expected to check in after 16.00 and check out by 11.00. We are happy to arrange an early check in or a late check out if we know in advance and if next/previous guests' schedule allows us to arrange that.

Other things to note

Guests are responsible to ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival.

The number of guest should not exceed the number referred at the rental agreement. We do not hold any responsibility for the extra people.

While all pools are built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization, parents have full responsibility for supervising their children. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the pool or hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. Diving is also prohibited.
