Just a footstep away from the beach!
That's where you'll find Effie's cozy apartment.
A recently renovated apartment to suit your holidays.
Cafes, Restaurants and supermarket at your doorstep and only a few minutes walk away from the town center, the old town and all places of interest. Also at your doorstep, you can find several cafes, restaurants and a supermarket.
The apartment consists of three bedrooms, a hall, two bathrooms each with a shower, a see-view balcony and a quiet back one, a specious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table.
All three bedrooms, each with its own unique style, consist of king size beds, a smart TV with satellite and free Netflix and share a quiet balcony at the back of the house. In one of them a baby cot can be added to accommodate an infant. Two of the bedrooms can be used as a quiet working area as they've got desks where for your comfort an office chair, a foot rest and a desk lamp can be provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your meals. It has an oven, a stove, a microwave oven, a fridge, and a Nespresso machine. There's also a washing machine for your laundry.
The living room consists of two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a smart TV with satellite and Netflix, and a large dining table.
The front balcony is the area of the apartment that you'll like the most. It has a beautiful view of the beach and you'll enjoy watching the most magnificent sunrises and sunsets.

Effie’s AMAZING Cozy Beachfront Apartment

Effie is easily the most gracious host we have ever had the pleasure to work with. The apartment has amazing views of the beach and sea. So relaxing to sit on the balcony in early morning watching the street below come to life. Also in the evening to see the sunset cast beautiful light on the water and mountains in the distance. The beach is perfect in that it stays shallow for a great distance. My only recommendation here is that water shoes are helpful for the few meters where the entry to the water is a bit rough on tender feet. Once in, a nice sandy clear bottom awaits. It is very easy to rent beach lounge chairs, and for two chair and a small table is was just 5 Euro from Le Dome restaurant, just a 1/2 block or so away. There are many other options too. Back to Effie - she was amazing to work with. She literally responded in minutes almost every time we had a question. The apartment had everything we needed to cook. Wonderful showers. Apartment was very well furnished. Bathrooms were amazing, including the showers. Next door a little grocery store that was well supplied. A little further a nice little bakery. We don’t want to list all the special gifts (food and beverages) that Effie gave to us. That is because we don’t want to set up an expectation for visitors that what Effie did for us she will do for everyone. But know that if your experience with Effie is anywhere close to what our experience was, you will be very pleased. Steve, Jen, Lily & Jacob (Chicago)

Perfect clean space in great location

I'm really impressed by the service and how nice and helpful the host is. Everything was perfect from the very beginning including very quick and helpful communication, meeting us at the place and guiding thru appliences. Effie provided us with the list of places to visit and recommended several restaurants we really enjoyed. When my car was died (I forgot to switch off lights) Effie arranged the help in half an hour (many thanks to her husband as well!!!). Apartment is just recently renovated, very clean and suitable for 2 families. Located very close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. A very beautiful beach is just across the street! Old city center is in 5 minutes walk! I highly recommend to stay there!
