Nuova villa in pietra con vista panoramica sul mare - 2 km da una spiaggia sabbiosa!

Villa Sugar è approvata dall'organizzazione turistica greca con numero di licenza: 1041K10003174201 e gestita da "etouri holiday rental management".

Situata in un'ottima posizione a soli 2 km dalla lunga spiaggia sabbiosa di Episkopi e ad una distanza a piedi da tutti i re dei negozi, la villa a un piano di 200 mq fonde la sua tradizionale facciata in pietra con un'aggiunta sorprendentemente moderna e offre i migliori comfort ai nostri ospiti. Può ospitare 8 persone in letti e fino a 10 persone se è necessario.

Layout interno
Entrando nella villa e mentre attraversi il corridoio ci sono 4 camere da letto e il bagno principale con doccia. Due delle camere sono con 2 letti singoli che possono essere convertiti in una doppia e le altre due sono con un letto matrimoniale. Entrambe le camere matrimoniali dispongono di bagno privato, uno con doccia e l'altro con vasca idromassaggio. Poi c'è una sala con un divano e una scrivania.

Dopo la sala c'è una spaziosa area open space composta dal soggiorno con un grande divano, un HDTV satellitare da 48 ", Playstation 4 e Nintendo Wii. Un'imponente finestra panoramica dal pavimento al soffitto dalla zona soggiorno conduce alla terrazza all'aperto, al giardino e alla piscina. Accanto alla zona soggiorno open space c'è una cucina completamente attrezzata con infissi e elettrodomestici di alta qualità con tavolo da pranzo.

La villa ha un sistema di raffreddamento ecologico a pavimento in tutta la casa che può raffreddare l'intera casa più velocemente di qualsiasi condizione dell'aria. Anche a causa della costruzione in pietra la casa può mantenere la stessa temperatura sia di giorno che di notte.

L'area esterna splendidamente paesaggistica della villa offre una varietà di servizi e luoghi per il relax.

Più specificamente le nostre strutture esterne includono:
- Piscina ecologica riscaldata a sfioro di 50 mq con piscina per bambini. La piscina è ecologica e può anche essere riscaldata su richiesta, con un costo aggiuntivo.
(Si prega di notare che il riscaldamento della piscina può essere utilizzato su richiesta anticipata e richiede un preavviso di almeno una settimana.)

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Das Haus können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.Es war einfach nur herrlich, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen oder am Pool zu liegen und den schönen Ausblick zu genießen.Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und reichlich Pool-Handtücher gab es auch.Die Tischtennisplatte und den Kicker haben wir oft genutzt.Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt war auch vorhanden.

Superb villa in a lovely location

We had a great stay in this lovely villa. Located on the edge of a charming village. There is a supermarket 60 seconds away with two others in the village along with a bakery, butchers, fishmongers an ice cream shop and a selection of tavernas. A couple of the tavernas will deliver meals to the villa. Even though it is in the village the villa is very quiet and private and the view from the pool is outstanding. Andreas was a very warm, generous and responsive host who provided several little touches to make the stay even more special. We stayed in early April and paid extra to have the pool heated. This was definitely worth it. The pool was pre-warmed and ready from the time we arrived and even though there were some chilly days the pool was always warm and inviting. It was also exceptionally clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa. Thank you for hosting us Andreas.

FABULOUS

Our family of 6 adults had a fantastic time at Villa Sugar. The villa is very spacious, very clean and well designed with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday. The swimming pool is brilliant and the views from the villa are stunning, especially when watching the sun set over the sea and the mountains. There is an excellent supermarket within 100 metres and at least two restaurants you can walk to from the villa. Andreas, the owner is brilliant. His knowledge of the area and his genuine desire to ensure you have a great time is outstanding. Thank you

5 star luxury holiday at Villa Sugar

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Sugar. The accommodation is beautifully presented, a real wow factor place. We were 2 families of 4. It was the perfect size for us. Plenty of space to relax inside and outside. The infinity pool, with the views of the sea and mountains is something we will never forget. The supermarket next door stocks everything you need. The is a fab taverna in the village that also does takeaways, we ate there 3 times and couldn’t fault it. The village, Episkopi is very pretty and everyone we met was really friendly. We travelled to nearby Georgioupoli and had a swim (on the cold beach where the river meets the sea) it was wonderful. The fish restaurant next to this beach was fantastic. Andreas looked after us so well, leaving us cakes, figs, home made olive oil, and helped us sort out taxis. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely return!

Stunning

We loved the villa.The most stunning views across the white mountains. Surrounded by a local olive plantation.The village is beautiful with several tavernas within walking distance. Our host was brilliant, bringing gifts of cake and olive oil. He reccomended places to visit and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Holiday!

Stayed for 1 week at this amazing property. There is nothing that this villa doesn’t have! Andreas (the owner I believe) was very helpful, friendly and accommodating! The view is incredible and the sunsets are even better. We did not have a hire car so remained in the villa for our trip but you can walk 15 minutes to a Tavern called Kactus which has a varied menu. They also do delivery so you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. There is a shop (1 minute walk) that has everything you need. The beach is too far to walk (especially in August heat) but this did not affect our trip. Once again, beautiful villa and I’d recommend anyone visiting to stay here!!

Great view great location

We were a group of five adults and stayed a week in early May. The location of thebilla is ideal to explore Chania, Rethymno, and surrounding area. There is easy access off the main highway and the villa is located in a village largely untouched by mass tourism. There are tavernas within walking distance, there is an excellent supermarket next door, and there is a butcher, fishmonger and bakery in the village. Episkopi beach is lovely and only a short drive from the villa. The villa itself is comfortable with climate control in each room. Comfortable beds and above all an amazing terrace with a breathtaking view that you would never tire of looking at. The host Andreas is communicative and helpful and quick to respond to any question. Lovely touches su h as gifts of cretan cake and local herbs and olive oil made us feel welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Sugar and would gladly return agIn.

Great long weekend with friends

Amazing time with friends, host was really helpful and talked us through everything at the property upon arrival. Pool was heated for a reasonable charge which really helped in the early summer months. Host arranged all our travel between the airport. The shop was literally next door and allowed us to use their trolleys to move large shops to and from the property. Lots of stuff to do in the house, table tennis, table football, pool games, bbq etc. perfect for a group of friends who want to spend some time in a small town!

Wonderful villa

Villa Sugar is quite simply the best Villa we’ve ever stayed in. The views are breathtaking, the pool is fantastic and the Villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need. In fact, the photos don’t do it justice!!

Truly Special Villa

We chose this Villa Sugar based on the images and reviews we had read, all of which we great. This is an amazing location and Andreas the host and owner was incredible, nothing was to much trouble and the cakes he regularly dropped in were fantastic. I have been fortunate to stay in many villas around the world but my family all agreed this is the best This is definitely one to return to, hopefully soon

Amazing

Villa Sugar was everything we had hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, Andreas made us feel extremely welcome and was on hand throughout our whole stay if we needed anything. This was our first trip to Crete and Villa Sugar was the perfect base. The location is ideal, being only 5 minutes drive from the beach or a short walk up into the village where you will find tavernas and cafes. Rethymno is only a short drive away if you want a bit more of a city feel, with its waterfront bars and boutique shops. After a busy day exploring the surrounding areas, there was nothing better than coming back to the Villa to watch the sun go down, the sunsets were quite simply out of this world. We cannot recommend Villa Sugar enough and we really hope that we’ll be able to visit the beautiful island of Crete again really soon.

Paradise In crete

The owner is so welcoming. Showed us around and how everything works. He had left us a homemade cake, coffee and bread. Sent us links and places to visit and see. There is nothing you could need for your stay that’s not there. There’s even a hair wond/curler! The pool area is nothing short of stunning. We ate outside most evening to watch the sunset. The odd occasion we ate out we were actually gutted we missed it. Its right next to the super market which is stocked with everything. The beach is a 25 min walk down hill (we always got a cab back) Up the hill are some amazing restaurants and it’s worth walking up a bit further to really see the village in all its glory. We are already planning our next stay.

Gorgeous views and pool!

We were a multi-generational family group of seven that stayed for a week at this beautiful villa. The villa is spacious and looks exactly like the photos. The veranda, pool and views make it a showstopper. The Etouri Management company was extremely helpful in recommending activities and we really enjoyed the full-day catamaran cruise from a company in Bali. (The Skippers’ captain was so incredibly patient with my 85 year old father and three teenagers of various swimming skills and differing levels of anxiety over getting in the water.). Andreas, the owner was also so helpful and sorted out a shower chair for my father and dropping off presents during our stay. The grocery store is conveniently located just across the road and has everything your could need with very friendly staff. We visited the beach and had lunch a few times at Kymou which was great. All in all we all wish we could have stayed longer and can’t wait to return!

Super Haus mit phantastischem Blick von der Terrasse

In Dorfrandlage gelegen, mit benachbartem Supermarkt und fußläufig gelegenen Tavernen. Alle Räume in Naturstein mit z.T. hochwertiger Ausstattung. Sehr gute Betten aber leider nur kl. Spülmaschine. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse mit Pool auf Berge, Olivenhaine und das ca. 3 km entfernte Meer ist sensationell und sucht seinesgleichen. Kommunikation und Service der Agentur und mit Eigentümer vorbildlich. Kommen gerne wieder. Thomas

Schöne Villa mit traumhaftem Blick

Der Blick war ein Traum. Der beheizte Pool wunderbar. Wir wurden unheimlich freundlich empfangen. Mitte der Woche wurde die ganze Villa geputzt, das gibt es selten. Andreas stand immer zur Verfügung.

Amazing Villa

We have recently returned from our 2 week stay at Villa Sugar. We had such a lovely time and were so well looked after. The villa was stunning as was the view and nothing was too much trouble. There were regular cleans with fresh bedding and towels and always a gift of something yummy left by Andreas after the cleaners had been. Episkopi beach is around 2km away and is also beautiful and clean with lots of tavernas...Rockas was our personal favourite. Trips and cabs can all be arranged through the villa management company who are more like personal assistants...a big thank you to Eleni, Robert and Kostas at Etouri...honestly made us feel like VIPs. There are a couple of fairly local restaurants that also deliver to the villa so that can be handy. There is also a supermarket right next door with plenty to offer. The villa is in a great, quiet location with beautiful views & sunsets, we would definitely return. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Sehr schöne großzügige Villa mit einem wunderschönen Poolbereich inklusive traumhaften Blick!!!! Sehr netter Empfang durch Andreas- ein Kuchen versüsste uns den 1. Tag. Zum Abschied schenkte uns Andreas Olivenöl und Rosmarien....er gab uns auch tolle Tipps. Ein gut sortierte Supermarkt liegt direk neben dem Haus- sehr praktisch! In einer halben Stunde kann man zu Fuss zum Meer. In 10 Minuten an einer netten Taverne im Ort. Ein sehr schöner Ort ohne Touristenrummel....

In unserem Urlaub hat alles perfekt geklappt. Von der Abholung am Flughafen mit Autodiffrent, der Automiete bis zum herzlichen Empfang von Andreas. Das Haus ist in einem schönen, sehr sauberen Zustand. Das Internet hat einwandfrei und schnell funktioniert. Der Lebensmittelladen der 20m entfernt ist, war super. Der hat ein grosses Angebot. Andreas hat uns über die ganze Zeit per Whatsapp sehr gut informiert und viele Empfehlungen betr. Tavernen gegeben. Der Tischtennistisch wurde fleissig genutzt! Ein kleines Manko gab es: Die Abwaschmaschine ist extrem klein. Und wir waren nur zu 4. da. Mit mehr Personen wird da mind. 2x/Essen abgewaschen. Und ein Esstisch im Inneren wäre auch noch gut. Aber wie gesagt, das ist nur ein kleines Manko. Wir empfehlen diese Villa zu 100% weiter!!

Villa avec vue magnifique

la villa est juste sublime avec une vue à couper le souffle. Nous étions entre neige et mer au mois d'avril.car vue sur les montagnes et sur la mer . Une petite supérette bien sympa se trouve à 50 m mais la villa reste très calme. Excellent accueil, les locataires sont vraiment très gentils et à l'écoute de vos besoins. Dégustations de spécialités locales de leur part.Nous avons bien apprécié ce côte amical. La villa est juste magnifique et super équipée, nos trois ados ne se sont pas ennuyés. Les citronniers dans le jardin apportent dès l'entrée une note exotique. Aucune hésitation à recommander cette location.

Perfect villa for 8 persons, in best location

We had 2 perfect weeks in Villa Sugar and Episkopi, it's simply not possible to have it better. The villa is completely equipped with everything, and the location is unbelievable: On the outside terrace and pool area you have this most beautiful view to the sea (it's impossible to describe, simply check the pictures), and on the other side you have the supermarket in 1-minute walking distance, nice taverns in Episkopi, and just 3 minutes per car to the perfect sandy beach. It's also a very good starting point to explore the nearby cities Rethymno and Chania, and also visit the south of Crete. We also had a lot of fun with the table soccer and ping pong and other games we found in the villy. For every question we had there was immediate and extremely friendly support from Etouri and Andreas, and also nice starter packages for the vacation. With that it was a completely relaxing stay in the villa. Thanks again to all of you! ;-)
