Villa Serenity - With Private Heated Pool

Villa Serenity is a two-storey luxurious villa built in the beautiful traditional village of Gerani just 8 km from the center of Rethymnon. It is an impressive house of 335 m² that extends over an area of 4000 m², with a heated pool, able to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, with absolute privacy. The house, the location, the facilities and its comfort offers to our guests everything they are looking for their summer vacation.

The house consists of six bedrooms, three of them are located on the ground floor of the house. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed measuring 1.60 X 2.00 m, air condition, closets and balcony overlooking the garden. The second bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobes and air condition, as well as a balcony with sea view. The third bedroom is equipped with a semi-double bed 1.40 X 2.00 m, closets and air condition. On the ground floor you will also find a spacious open plan living room with comfortable sofas, a 50" TV, a fireplace and stunning sea view. A large dining room to enjoy your meals and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with gas and electric hobs, fridge, dishwasher and all the electrical appliances and items you will need to prepare and serve your meals. On the ground floor there is also a large bathroom with shower and a W.C. On the first floor the guest will find the master bedroom 40 m² with double bed, air condition, a sofa bed, two balconies, one with sea view and the other with garden view, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Also on the same floor there is one more bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower, double bed, air condition and front balcony overlooking the sea. The first floor has large closets and W.C. In the basement of the house is another bedroom, with windows facing the front, its own bathroom with shower, air condition and closets. At the basement there is also the laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board, iron, etc.
The whole house is air conditioning while in winter there is under-floor heating.

Exterior.

The outdoor area of Villa Serenity will literally take your breath away, as it is designed and equipped in such a way as to offer the visitor the ultimate relaxation and a stunning and panoramic view of the Cretan Sea. The villa is surrounded by a huge garden 4 of acres with fruit trees, flowers and pergolas and is completely protected. Specifically, outside you will find the 37m² impressive heated pool with a depth of 1.00m to 1.70m, around the pool there is a variety of furnished areas with comfortable sun loungers, lounge, coffee table, barbecue with wood and charcoal, shower and a large outdoor dining table. Our little friends can spend endless hours of fun and play safely on the playground with swings, table tennis and basketball. Friends of yoga and pilates will find a specially designed area to exercise, while enjoying all the colors and aromas of the Cretan land with a wonderful view of the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. The whole exterior area is fenced, for complete privacy and has parking for four cars. Finally there is access to wifi in all areas of the accommodation. Villa Serenity is 1.5 km from the nearest beach and has easy access to the main road to explore all the points of interest of the island. The nearest airport is the Chania International Airport, at a distance of 55 km. The surrounding area is suitable for hiking and cycling. The center of the village is 1 km away and there you can find a variety of shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, bakery, ATM to get the essentials as well as several traditional taverns and cafes.
