We were not disappointed; these charming old buildings are in great condition for their age. We had trouble with the gas heater in our unit but Jodi from the kiosk came to the rescue. The bed was comfortable; the kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment and parking was onsite and close to the unit. These units are old and have some "quirky" features at times. “We had a great room with views over Launceston. Balmoral in a very handy position, close to the CBD. The room was clean and had all amenities, including microwave and plates / cutlery. We enjoyed the continental breakfast with lovely fruit. The Hotel Manager was welcoming and helpful with knowledge of the best local restaurants.”
