“I had a great stay! The hotel was clean, the staff was great and Sheila was awesome! this is the second stay and I'll stay there again!”

“The Ac works wonderfully but there isn't a full kitchen at this location. There is a full sized refrigerator, full sized kitchen sink and a large Microwave.”

Once checked in and received my key card me and my wife proceeded to the room, trouble started right there as the door wouldn’t work properly, once we were able to get into the room it was a total disaster. “Me and my family loved our stay at best western for 2 nights. The staff is friendly, everything was clean. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options. Parking was convenient, hotel is located conveniently near all stores. ”

“Room was clean. We never saw staff the entire week we stayed. The breakfast was awful and there were very little food or drink options at the shop near the front desk. Hot water also went away very quickly. My family had to wait for hot water everyday. ”

“The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spacious with a nice kitchen & bath. Very clean & modern hotel for the price. Staff was great! My only complaint is the mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. ”
