“Me and my family loved our stay at best western for 2 nights. The staff is friendly, everything was clean. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options. Parking was convenient, hotel is located conveniently near all stores. ”

“The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. ”

“Office personal was friendly, was able to check in an hour early, that was the only thing that was nice at the “Travel Inn”. Once checked in and received my key card me and my wife proceeded to the room, trouble started right there as the door wouldn’t work properly, once we were able to get into the room it was a total disaster. “AC and heat was fine. The room key didn't work all the time. The floor in the room had crumbs, only two very small pillows on the bed, and the chair cushion was very worn and stained. ”
