“Food and service was exceptional the room was spotless a really nice relaxed weekend. I feel they sell themselves short a little with how good the food is, there isn’t much detail or pictures on the site but its definitely a big selling point ”

Great facilities and happy, kind and courteous staff
Breakfast was very good
Room decor was very tired and not what I'd expect for a 4 star hotel, the wallpaper has been patched over a damp area with a differing paper and the damp patches were showing back through ”

“D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...
