Best Western Plus Kingston Hotel And Conference Center
"Handicapped accessible room was not setup for a wheelchair or transport chair. Bathtub was not accessible due to a metal bar. Furniture in room blocked pathways to bed and room. Insects were present from time to time. Staff was told about bugs in room. In room coffee was not restocked. I had to ask ..."
