VERY VERY BEAUTYFULL

Bellissimo appartamento super attrezzato (utilissima lavatrice e condizionatore), zona vicinissima al mare luogo tranquillo. Anche se non ci sono tapparelle in tutte le stanze noi ci siamo trovati molto bene!!!! La proprietaria e colei che gestisce l' appartamento sono state davvero molto gentili e disponibili!!!! Lo consigliamo

Splendido appartamento in posizione ottimale

L'appartamento è molto bello, ben arredato e provvisto di tutto il necessario. Molto utili anche lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Ci è stato consegnato pulito e in ordine, con asciugamani e teli da spiaggia. Alla fine della prima settimana ci hanno cambiato lenzuola ed asciugamani. A due passi dal mare e da molte taverne in cui poter cenare. La posizione centrale sull'isola ci ha permesso di visitare tutta Rodi da nord a sud. L'appartamento è anche comodo a diverse spiagge. Consigliatissimo.

Very beautyfull!

Casa stupenda vicinissima al mare , ai locali e super attrezzata di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Uniconeo la mancanza di tapparelle per cui caldo e luce, anche artificiale la notte, a iosa, purtroppo per chi è abituato a dormire al buio questo può risultare un handicap, specie se soggiorna per un periodo più o meno lungo. Comunque eccezionale ci ha fornito anche di asciugamani e volevano cambiarceli dopo una settimana. Ci torneremo sicuramente, magari con mascherine per occhi per la notte!!! Grazie Karen e HomeAway

We enjoyed our vacation in the townhome of Haraki. Haraki is a very small town with a nice mix of locals and tourists. The townhome was clean and had everything you need for your stay. The beds were comfortable. It is a quiet town, but it can get noisy in the evening because of the taverns and the location of the townhome. The beach is right there but it is a pepply beach. A sandy beach can be found 4 min from the home but you will need a car. We had a car rental, which I recommend if you choose to stay here. All in all I can only recommend this home away from home!

Haraki beach has been a great surprise, the house it’s literally on the beach and there are tons of bars and restaurants on the boardwalk, 3 small supermarkets and souvenirs shop. If you do not wish to get a rental car, here you can survive with no problems. There is also a car rental that rents by the day if you decide to take a break from the beach life and go exploring the island. The house is one of the few with two bedrooms, the 90% of the rentals in Haraki are 1 bedroom or they have sofa bed in the kitchen, not very convenient for a family of 4 with teens that come back late at night. The kitchen it’s fully equipped, like at home and there are washer and dryers, other great feature expecially if you stay for more than few days. The space it’s not huge, but for my family was good. The only negative, and for many people wouldn’t be big deal, is that there is no patio or yard, so you can’t enjoy the outdoor. There is a long narrow balcony upstairs, where is a bistro table and 2 chairs where you can sit and have a drink watching the beach, but it’s not big enough for eat. The kitchen table though, it’s a 6 seats, so we had lunch at home almost every day

Fabulous

The apartment was perfect and the location could not have been better. Many choices of restaurants and taverns right outside the door. Locals were very friendly and area is serene and quite even with the restaurants close by. We hiked to the ruins shown in the pictures and it was spectacular. I will definately be back!

Rhodian Heaven

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful house in Haraki village. Everything was perfect. The location was ideal. We wanted to be mid Island on the East coast by the water. The communication with the owner (Karen) and her property manager (Anna) was stellar. The house has AC in every room and it truly has everything that you could possibly want or need in a vacation home like a washer, DRYER, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, spices, olive oil, etc. We rented a car and drove all over the Island. It was super safe and a fantastic experience overall. Karen's house is steps from the water and we ate at all of the local restaurants (5 nights). They were all great and very reasonably priced. Bottom's Up Cafe, Argo Seafood, Tommy's Taverna and Davinci's Italian Restaurant were all phenomenal. I would rate Karen's house a 10 out of 10. Thank you Karen. Love Rhodes

A week in Haraki

We've stayed in Haraki many times and this stay didn't disappoint. The location is right next to the beach and perfect for swimming. Its also right next to many of the Tavernas but we didn't get any excessive noise. The two floors to the house also gave us much more space than we're used to in Rhodes. All in all a very good experience and we'd certainly choose this property again.

A gem of a location

Lovely home in a lovely location. Right next to everything that you need for a relaxing stay. Great Tavernas and friendly Bar. Not noisy just relaxation at its Greek best. Property had all we needed and a bit extra. Want to return soon.

A Real Treasure

From the moment of booking Karen could not be more helpful, recommending Places to visit, Car Hire and many more tips and hints. The apartment is fantastic, simply laid out, very comfortable with everything and more that you could need. Well appointed, simply decorated in cooling white, with lovely local touches made it feel like a home from home. Air Conditioned rooms make it even more appealing, a lesson learnt from previous visits to Greece and Spain, it is essential! All appliances are there for every eventuality including a Tumble Dryer if the weather isn't quite as gorgeous as it was when we visited, 30 degrees every day, wonderful! *we really loved the wardrobes in the main bedroom by the way, ones we will be looking to have in our place! So close to the beach, literally stumble out with your towel and suncream and walk less than 15 yards and there it is, a Wonderful horseshoe bay with crystal clear waters, calm, safe and accessible for all. One of the best beaches that I have ever visited and this is my 5th visit to Greek Islands! It is small pebbles in parts, sandy in others so pack some beach shoes but it is amazing. Some boat trips leave from the bay, only small ones and some visit on their journeys and we understand why, it does not detract from the surroundings in any way, very unobtrusive. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas, lovely restaurants and bars, all very respectful of their surroundings and that it is, a Family beach, so no loud music or throbbing basslines but joyful giggles and laughter fill the air! Definitely take or buy a mask and snorkel, its a must to do! My Son swam with a smallish turtle on his last day, the smile will live with me forever. So all in all Karen apartment is perfect for a small family or a couple, close to everything and a perfect host who will gladly help. Haraki is a Treasure, a real retreat from life with awesome sunrises, history with the castle behind, a great base from which to explore Rhodes, which we did and 100% we will be coming back soon. If I have the chance this is where I will retire to, to swim in the bay before a light breakfast each morning would be an absolute joy! My gratitude to Karen, Simon, Anna and all the staff at Bottoms Up for a wonderful experience.

Much better than we ever expected

Dear Karen – Thank you for coping so patiently with so many of our changes to this booking! Throughout it all your calm understanding, support and very prompt replies were much appreciated. As for your home … WOW! Everything was as your pictures and details describe and more! Really easy check-in with Anna, suitcases down and unpacked, and we were on the beach (less than 10 steps from your front door) and enjoying the glorious sun on the sunbeds below Bottoms Up in about 15 minutes from arriving. That quickly became a habit! All our intentions to explore, hire a car, see more of Rhodes … that hot sun, blue skies, warm sea, and those sunbeds won every day! Haraki is exactly what we were hoping for, the genuine friendliness of almost everyone we met was a lovely surprise, and there are enough places to make eating and drinking the usual “conversational highlight” of our holidays. Thank you again for giving us a break much better than we ever expected! Mandy and Paul

Perfekt !!! Super schönes Ferienhaus direkt am Strand

Ja was soll ich sagen es war ein echt schönes Haus und tolle freundliche Vermieter. Das Haus ist genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, es ist alles da und noch mehr wie Sonnenschirme und und und. Das Haus ist für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern ( so bis 12 Jahre) absolut ausreichend, im Gegenteil die Apartments in der Umgebung sind viel kleiner. Super ist auch, gibt man bei Google nächstes Restaurant ein kommt 6m oder nächster Strand 8m! In einen Umkreis von ca 100 Meter sind 5-6 Restaurants/Bars und zwei kleine Supermärkte wo man alles bekommt was man benötigt. Ich Empfehle aber einen Mietwaagen . Diesen kann man im Ort Mieten, ich rate vom Flughafen ab, da dort hohe Preis aufgerufen werden und geht der Rückflug morgens haben die meisten noch zu, außerdem kommt man zu vielen Anbietern nur mit einem Bus. In den Tavernen erwartet Sie richtig freundliche Gastgeber die für wenig Geld ( Hauptspeise + kleines Dessert und eine kleine Vorspeise für ca. 10Euro) bieten. Das Haus hat in jedem Raum eine sehr wohltuende Klimaanlage die man auch benötigt. Der Strand ist leider Kies, dies ist nun nicht unseres deshalb sind wir zum Baden an die Sandstrände gefahren, der schönste liegt etwa 25 min Entfernt oder genau nebenan zwei Minuten entfern- hier sind aber diese Jahr wegen den Umständen keine Liegen gewesen. Ehe ich es vergesse, wir waren zwei Wochen im Haus und nach einer Woche wurde nochmal gereinigt und die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Wir sagen Danke!

What a brilliant stay!

Seamless logistics with a beach townhouse that has everything you need / catered for. The balcony is literally a stone’s throw from the beach. Great tavernas within a short walk and people are extremely friendly and welcoming. A perfect holiday. Thanks Karen and a shout out also to Anna who was on hand should you require anything.

Magnificent trip to Haraki Rhodes

I have just returned from a fantastic two weeks in Haraki which was so relaxing and exceeded all our expectations. The property we stayed in was magnificent and I would highly recommend this wonderfully located villa. This property exuded class and was spotless. This property had all we could ask for and more. Anna the property Manager was so helpful. Already looking to return next year to the same property. Thanks Karen and Anna.

Amazing property in a beautiful location! The front door is a few paces from an amazing, sheltered and quiet bay, perfect for snorkelling, swimming in the sea and relaxing. The village is had too many restaurants for us to eat at in 1 week and everyone was really friendly. The house was decked out with everything we could have wanted for the trip. All in all a great place to stay.

Destination idéale pour profiter de la cote Est de Rhodes

L’appartement de Karen est très bien équipé et très pratique, la mer est 15 mètres de la porte d’entrée. Harachi est une petite station balnéaire, disposant de commerces et de restaurants, avec une plage magnifique. Lindos n’est qu’à 15 minutes en voiture. Notre coup de coeur à Rhodes. Gemütliches Haus in optimaler Lage

Das Haus liegt ca. 50 m vom Kiesstrand und dem ersten Gasthaus der Bucht entfernt und hat sogar einen schmalen Meerblick vom Balkon aus. Die Bucht vom Ort war jetzt im Oktober total leer. Allerdings machen im November auch die letzten Restaurants dicht. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es auch Buchten mit feinem Sandstrand, 5 Min mit dem Auto, 1 halbe stunde zu Fuß. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und es gibt alles was man braucht und noch mehr: z.B. Ketchup, Senf, Majo, Honig, Salz ,Pfeffer, Spüli, Alupapier, werkzeug, erste hilfe set, fön... Nur am Anfang gab es kleine Probleme: Beim telefonieren mit der Managerin haben wir erst spät erfahren ,dass wir mit der deutschen sim - Karte eine 003 vorwählen müssen. Um zu dem Haus zu gelangen muss man in eine kleine Straße mit Einfahrt verboten fahren und in der dortigen Parkverbotszone parken. Das machen da aber alle. Wer Korrekt parken will, der parkt 100 m entfernt beim Restaurante argo.
