It was brown at the bottom. The room was clean but needs more lighting and the curtains were hard to open and close. The old mirror was very mottled and hard to use. “We were given an accessible room, no AC but the reception kindly provided us with fans and ice. The duvets were very thick for the time of the year. The pool closing time is way too early, maybe consider pushing it to 8pm.”

“The apartment was a bit difficult to find, especially in the dark. Whilst it had everything we needed it was dated and could have benefitted from a deep clean, cobwebs & mould around the windows. The windows also condensed a lot in the morning. None of the heaters worked and only two of the electric storage heaters worked.
