“Plenty of parking out the front. Delicious made to order breakfast Our room sink was dirty when we arrived, the lady was very quick and apologetic and cleaned it immediately . Shower ran cold after 1 person . 10 minutes drive from Preston football stadium and Deepdale shopping center.”

I witnessed drug use - The hotel was like a homeless shelter and they were certainly not customers. Thankfully, the WiFi was good, giving me the opportunity to find another hotel for the night. “Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!”

“Exceptional property. The photos look good but don't do it justice. Spotlessly clean. Comfy beds & pillows, soft fluffy towels. Well equipped kitchen lacking nothing. Often 6 berth properties have 6 of everything, for example here there were 12 mugs so not constantly washing up. Cafetiere and tea pots in two sizes. Little extras like sewing kit, tool kit and first aid kit appreciated. ”
