Contacted them to discuss moving the reservation forward 2 days since the delay forced me to reschedule my meeting. Not only did the CSR, named Harry, do nothing to assist me, he was very droll in communications. “Hands down the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. It was filthy and not kept up at all. Strong odor of smoke that the review won’t let me specify from inside the hotel lobby. Another group was checking out of the property when I was checking in due to the condition of the hotel. 0/10 do not recommend. I will not be back. ”
