“Our room was in the basement which we did not realize until we arrived. The room itself felt a bit dingy with a hodgepodge of furnishings. The air-conditioning was loud and rattling so much so that we had to turn it off in order to sleep. Fortunately, the heat wasn’t too bad so we were able to deal with it. “Great stay overall. Only had a half roll of toilet paper when we arrived and we tend to not like housekeeping in our room during our stay so I needed to ask for more. Restaurant was slightly overpriced for the quality and service (only two people working the kitchen and waitstaff) but it was a decent meal. Also had a loud band group banging around the hallway with their equipment at about 10 pm when my family was trying to sleep but what are you gonna do? Overall would stay again for sure and...

“The property's permanent residents were rude and off putting towards hotel guests. Some stared and gawked, while others moved around with an air of entitlement and superiority in shared spaces. The Expedia listing showed that there was a pool but when we arrived, we were told that it was for residents only. Besides that, the room was clean, the staff was helpful and courteous, especially the wonderful ladies in the cafe, and the breakfast was better than expected. Probably wouldn't book again,...

“Area was cleaned parking was adjacent.”

“The pictures made it look like the rooms faced inside when in fact they opened outside. We found a cockroach on our last day. I informed the front desk, who I'm pretty sure is the owner. He asked, "What do you want me to do?" I was appalled by his response. He should know to pest control his hotel! Terrible.”

“Great large room. Good in room amenities. Would have like a breakfast but knew in advance that was not part of the service. Parking on site. More than I wanted to pay but less than other hotels in the area”

“Safe. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed. Good hot water, big and clean bathroom. The frig is good. Having a microwave would be more convenient. Somehow I did not feel like it is a hotel. We will stay here again if the price is right.”
