“Nice little kitchenette, comfy bed, quiet, really clean. We were road-trippin' for 3+ weeks, and this was the nicest place we stayed”

“All we expected was a clean room and a decent continental breakfast. We did not expect to see a sign at check-in that said if we needed anything in our room, the staff would get to it if “they weren’t busy.” Another sign said that our rooms would not be serviced by housekeeping. After three days, we did ask at the front desk if we could get clean towels. This was at 10:00 am. When we arrived back in our room at 11:30 pm, there were no clean towels. Our trash was also never emptied throughout...

“The hotel had a horrific smell when you entered. The entire place was disgusting. We got our key went to our room. I checked the mattresses. The mattresses were so stained up that I did not wanna sit on them due to the fact that I was afraid that I was gonna catch some sort of disease the room itself was in shambles it was so stained so dingy so dirty. I didn’t even wanna take my shoes off and walk around because I was so much filth, I took a total of 10 minutes to check out the room. I went to...

“Staff was great, breakfast not so much. 2 of the 3 mornings I was there there was little to no hot food in the warmers, including 1 morning with 3 of the 4 offerings completely gone and there were only 3 people in the dining room so it wasn’t that they had a big rush. A bit disappointing…I’ll look for other accommodations next time I’m in the area for business. ”
