“Such a great hotel with what might be the best view you will get in the area. Big beautiful bright windows. I was so impressed with the hotel, I asked if they had just opened. I was shocked when they told me they have been opened for 6 years! It looks, feels, and smells like new. ”

“The ice machines were out and the hotel had one bag of ice to use for guests, so needless to say we did not have ice anywhere in the hotel the entire stay. The pool area had no working lights. Our room had not been cleaned well as they're were DOZENS of old.room keys in our closet area and a Tupperware of dog biscuits (obviously brought by a previous guest) that was forgotten on top of the microwave cabinet. The restaurant was 'under construction' to get back to code. We stayed here two years...

“Al mio arrivo la struttura non ha trovato la mia prenotazione. L'impiegata alla reception è stata molto cortese e gentile nell'offrire tutto il suo supporto ma alla fine ho dovuto effettuare, tramite expedia, una nuova prenotazzione con prezzo notevolmente maggiorato. La zona reception e la zona breakfast è in completa ristrutturazione, come segnalato dalla strttura alla prenotazione, ma la reception sembrava un piccolo campo profughi così come la sala colazione ricavata in una piccola stanza...

“Perfect stay for my expectations. I ended up staying in town for another week, and didn’t think twice about booking at the same place. ”

“No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. ”

“Well, the elevator broke down twice during out stay. Paint job was sloppy. Walls were scuffed and dirty. We were on the second floor and the smell of pool chemicals in the hallway was almost unbreathable. A dirty rag was let in the sink. The trash can was left in the middle on the entry way. No body wash in the bathroom. Toilet was so low it was a struggle to use. Ice machine was broken. The breakfast was offered a very short window. They seemed to be understaff. I would never stay...
