“The airport shuttle service is excellent.”

“The outside looked decent. But the inside, oh my goodness. Where do I begin. When I got there to check-in, staff was not present. I had to pick up a courtesy phone to say I was there for check-in, then someone came out to the desk. There was nothing special about staff courtesy I was checked in and given a room key.
