“The front desk ladies were very nice. Bed was comfortable. This is a very inexpensive hotel.
Cons - Knobs were missing from the air conditioner so it was hard to regulate the temperature in the room. Room smells very strong of cigarette smoke.”

“Leaving a 3 star because management should have responded a message i had sent 3 days prior to arrival. a NON-REFUNDABLE because pet, plus the pet fee extremely high. Higher than the price of the room
Automated message said that but i kept asking if it was correct or it was mispelled , if they could have responded on time would have cancelled and find somewhere else that the fee is less than the daily price.
Problem is the management; not employees and not the place”

“I made reservations very far in advance only to find when checking in late in the afternoon that the hotel was full and I was given a handicap room. These rooms are geared for wheelchairs and counters are higher, commode seats are higher, no bedside lighting all lighting overhead and bright!!”

“Para hacer check in espere 20 minutos porque la persona del escritorio estaba platicando, nos trató prepotente y asta cierto grado un poco discriminatorio. La habitación estada en malas condiciones, la puerta del baño no cierra bien, la bañera llena de óxido, los colchones pésimos imposible descansar y se podían sentir los resortes en el cuerpo. y la carpeta estaba sucia.
Jamás usaré sleep in otra vez. fue una terrible experiencia.
